I ordered a pearl choker necklace four months ago and it still HASN'T came, I send them an email 2 months ago regarding the situation and I never got a reply

I’ve been waiting for my money for months. I sent couple of emails and messages and nobody answered. I ordered a necklace but they sent email that the item is no longer available and that they will send me my money back. I ordered a different one and it’s gorgeous. So I payed for two and have only one:) my favorite designer and that bad experience. I’m devastated.

Ordered from their website, product wasn't what we expected, so returned it with the correct documents. According to UPS They received the product. After and almost a month has past without a refund. they are unreachable by phone and do not respond to emails. I usually look at trust pilot for websites but i though because of the name i didn't have anything to worry about.

Remboursement impossible à obtenir. Je reçois un mail tous les jours avec le même message que je pense automatique. Et lors de mes appels en France plus personne ne parle français…
Soi disant un problème informatique empêche de faire les remboursements
Je pense nécessaire de faire une réclamation à la répression des fraudes ou plainte ( peut être en collectif )

NON ACQUISTATE ONLINE su questo sito! Ho effettuato un ordine di un anello, dopo 10 gg (visto che non era arrivata nessuna mail sullo stato della spedizione) chiamo e mi dicono che il prodotto non è in magazzino e che effettueranno il rimborso ma rimborso non è in quanto si tratta di uno storno ossia di un annullamento contabile dell’operazione e quindi il cliente riceverà 0 euro

No product, during payment the website showed and error. No customer service, no response to emails, no ref ids for complains, phone is either off or temporary unavailable - still they blocked my account with 123 EUR - money gone.

Ordered earrings which have been delivered to a different address as they had put a wildly different address on the package, tried frantically for 2 full days to get in touch with the company to no avail.. 3 days later still no contact and believe me I've tried extremely hard to get in touch in any platform they have, it was torture trying to get the delivery company who eventually got back to me with the reason..customer support from vivienne westwood was and remains.. nothing.
Disgusted with this treatment to paying customers and i couldn't wear anything to do with them in the future.

L’unica pecca è l’impossibilità di tracciamento dello stato dell’ordine sul sito prima che il pacco venga preso in carica dal corriere. Se ci fossero stati problemi non avrei saputo come muovermi, visto che dopo il pagamento l’ordine sul sito risulta irreperibile (il link allegato nell’email di conferma dell’ordine non funzionava).

My wife and I were in Cardiff, and decided to look for a skirt and pair of jeans she wanted from the Vivienne Westwood shop. We were greeted into the shop by a very friendly and accommodating sales person (Ben). We found the items but unfortunately neither fitted correctly so Ben phoned around other stores and a central depot in an attempt to find the aforementioned items. His search proved fruitful , but they would not have reached the Cardiff store before we left the city. He wrote down the store which had the clothes and informed us how we could order by mail straight from that boutique. Ben could not have been more helpful.

Horrible company. Never responded to my emails once. Finally got item and it came empty, packaging all included like there was something in there but nope. $220 AUD down the drain. Giving it one more week before I escalate to my bank. Very very upset.

I returned the ring and they did not refund me the whole amount,

Sadly I did not read these reviews before I ordered. I assumed Vivienne Westwood would be reliable, but I was mistaken. I placed an order on 28th August when it hadn't arrived mid September I emailed - no reply. So I rang to be told my order had been cancelled and they would refund in 7 days. Nothing! I emailed yesterday. The reply tells me they cannot refund to my payment card so please send bank details including iban and bic code. They now sound very much like scammers to me. My advice is DONOT order from the website.

Awful, awful experience as well as customer service! Strongly recommend not to buy online! 4 weeks ago bought orb necklace for daughter’s 18th birthday. Got confirmation that order is received. 3 weeks later - nothing. Sent mail - nothing. Then we started to research more, how to reach them. Found some Form online and submitted. Then we found some contact number next day and called them. Got this explanation: “your order was cancelled yesterday (probably when we submitted the form), your order did not make it thru the system when you placed the order (3 weeks ago, with received confirmation!?!?), it happened because of migration to new web platform (with great success obviously…), and you will get your money back within 7 days from now.” This is absolutely outrageous for the brand that is considered as “luxury”. Of course, we have not yet got money back. Never ever again.

I wish I had read these reviews! Please don’t buy from them! Ordered an orb necklace for daughter’s sweet 16 birthday. 3 weeks later, not shipped, 20 emails with no response, no one answers when I call. Finally, reached someone who told me it was a glitch and they will refund me! Opened case with PayPal. I still haven’t seen any refund. Time and money wasted and now no birthday gift. They should be ashamed of themselves! Also, a BS glitch answer as I see that in many comments so not a new system error like the woman told me just straight lies!!

Worst online shop I have ecperienced. I ordered a pair of earings over 2 weeks ago. No confirmation in my e-mail, no response from the service team, nothing. DON BUY FROM THIS SITE!!

Don’t buy from here, ordered item over 3 weeks ago, no correspondence at all, 1 email to say item ordered and nothing since, no reply to emails asking where my item is or if it’s even been sent, find a reputable stockist as this company is rubbish, opened a case with PayPal now!

these earrings are so fcked up. my ear pearcing holes started to bleed after wearing these for 2 days. the earring stick bends also!! do not buy.
95 pounds for what? to get my piercing holes to bleed?

Nessuna stella, comprata collana per 182 euro mai arrivata, il rimborso? Non si sa, nessuno risponde alle mail inviate e neanche al telefono oppure rispondono in inglese. L'accaunt dopo il pagamento non funziona.

Vorsicht beim Schmuck. Billiger Modeschmuck statt designer Bling Bling. Vorsätzliche Kundentäuschung!
Material wird mit Messing angegeben (welcher nicht rostet) ist aber mit billigen Materialien versilbert. Kette nach 6 Monaten Schrott und nicht mehr zu retten. Kundenservice (per Email) unterirdisch.
