Really bad customer service no reply or response from mails don't answer phones I'm sure if the creator was alive things would not be running so badly.

I will NEVER be ordering from here again!!! I ordered 2 items weeks ago, I later found out one of the items had been cancelled so was expecting a refund for the item, 3 weeks later I’ve received nothing!! I’ve sent multiple emails, called them and tried to find out what’s going on and they just don’t get back to you.. worst customer service team ever!! They take your money, cancel your order then never refund you

Ordered some earrings and a bracelet, the order confirmation arrived, money taken, 30 mins later had an email cancelling my order, 2 weeks later no refund. I'd tried numerous times to contact customer (non) service via email and phone with no success. In the end I contacted my bank and had the transaction reversed. The sad thing is the items VW said were out of stock are still for sale on the web site, so other people will be caught out by this too. Absolutely dreadful - avoid at all costs!

I ordered two necklace from them and when I had to confirm the payment it has said error. And when I checked my bank balance. They debit me. But I haven’t received confirmation email. And when I call the customer service they don’t respond. And they don’t reply to my emails. I’m very disappointed of my first order.

Terrible experience I will not order from their website ever again!
The same thing has now happened twice, this Christmas and last Christmas. I ordered a necklace, it allowed the order to go through and 5 mins later I received an email to say the item is out of stock and they’ll process a refund. 15 days later I have still not received a refund. Absolutely ridiculous when they should never have allowed the order to go through in the first place.

10 days since I placed my order. No update from them. I wrote twice to the customer service and called. No answer.. and apparently I’m not the only one this happened to. Very disappointed

Ich hab mir eine Silber Kette gekauft.sie war nicht günstig. Nach 2 Monaten sieht die Kette wie schon 100 Jahre getragen aus. Ich den Support kontaktiert. Die Reaktion sinngemäß: ich soll meine Sachen pfleglich behandeln. Ich bin fassungslos!

Ordine effettuato il 25/11/2023. Nessuna mail di conferma ricevuta. Nessuna risposta dal servizio clienti al quale ho scritto già due volte via mail. Lette ora le recensioni super-negative, procedo immediatamente a chiedere i soldi indietro tramite PayPal. Assurdo che questo sito sia ancora attivo essendo a tutti gli effetti una truffa totale.

Although it says that your order will arrive after about 2 weeks and you cannot reach customer service by calling or emailing, my bracelet finally arrived after 1.5 months. But after wearing it for a month, it is already discolouring. I immediately sent several emails to return the bracelet and get a refund, but after 3 weeks I still had no response. Don't buy anything here!

Brought ear rings from vivienne W. range. They lasted 4 months. I have been trying to make contact but no one has got back to me.

Deux mois que je demande le remboursement à Vivienne Westwood du collier que je n'ai jamais reçu. Aucune réponse après de multiples messages à l'adresse communiquée : online.cs.fr (arobase) viviennewestwood (point) com.
J'ai dû créer un incident sur la plateforme de paiement Paypal, après quoi j'ai (enfin) pu avoir des réponses... Jusqu'à la promesse de remboursement.
C'est là que l'arnaque a été bouclée. Comme je ne voyais pas venir le remboursement après deux mois de démarches, Vivienne Westwood m'a demandé de clore le ticket Paypal. Ce que j'ai fait ingénument... Depuis, plus de nouvelle. Du vol !

Ordered the bracelet and pearl bracelet for my daughter fir doing well in her exams. After 1 month the 'silver's bracelet tarnished. Took it to 2 jewellers to be told it could not be made good or cleaned and that it was worth, £5 max, I knew it was costume jewelry but omg....
2 months later pearl bracelet tarnished also. You are paying for the name only NOT quality. Utterly disappointed.

Absolutely terrible experience and customer service. My purse came without the strap so I called four times for a replacement strap and no response. I then returned my item and they have not refunded me and wont answer my emails or calls. Vivienne Westwood stole $600 from me. Absolutely terrible company do not buy from them!

Ordered Broken Pearl Earrings from their online shop - took them 2 days to process and 5 days to arrive (I'm in Western Canada).
They arrived alright but the packing was terrible, zero cushions to absorb the damage inside and keep things in place. The earrings were placed in a small pouch together without extra packaging, which ended up chipping one of the glass pearls.
Currently waiting to hear back from the customer care.

AVOID AVOID Let’s hope you don’t any problems - I returned a faulty item! Went well at first - they Issued me a gift receipt and I can’t use on their website to replace the item!
2 months later I’m still awaiting my refund WILL NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ONLINE

If you want to buy anything from here I strongly suggest ordering from selfridges or flannels rather than directly from the vivienne website. I ordered two items and after I ordered I received an email that my order had been cancelled due to the items being out of stock. However it has been quite a few days since then and it still says the items are in stock on the website??

I have sent emails asking them about this, they supposedly reply within 24 hours but I have received no reply and I'm not even sure if I will be receiving my refund from reading other reviews on here. For such a big brand this service is appalling and it's put me off buying anything vivienne westwood!

it’s a beautiful bracelet. however, i paid £90 for it and its turning my skin green! the same as my old viv necklace! for the extortionate price it should at least not turn me green. absolute joke i dont know what to do with it now !
