Poor customer service
What a poor customer service. Your staff parked on a disabled parking lot on my street. Thesame car I rejected was brought back and parked and the key was dropped into my mailbox without any prior arrangements or notice. Who does that? Currently, the old man who uses the private disabled parking is making a whole lots of noise in my neighbourhood according to the person who alerted me because I am not around. Attention of the Gloucester branch of yours was called to it/Josh and another staff within the hour it was parked but they did nothing. I made two phone calls, and nothing was done. What a poor customer service. Please, come and MOVE the car away now! Caveat emptor!

I had a great experience with Jeff Joseph from the Mobility Group this morning. Despite the M25 being closed, Jeff arrived promptly and right on time, which was impressive given the circumstances.
He took the time to go over the car thoroughly with me, pointing out any marks or dents to make sure I was aware of any pre-existing damage before taking the car. This attention to detail gave me confidence and peace of mind.
Jeff also kindly had the keys ready, making the handover quick and easy. While the mileage and fuel levels werenât recorded at the time, I believe Jeff is a genuine and trustworthy professional, and Iâm confident that everything will be recorded accurately.

My worst experience with this company. For two fines in London in one day they charge me 96 pound extra for admin fees and tax. I feel this is very unfair.

the lack of the 5th star was due to me not getting my hire vehicle at the time agreed upon nor being updated about it. i later found out that the man dealing with it had been admitted to hospital.
