We first tried Volusion about 5 years ago but left to to limits of the platform. About a year ago we gave them another try and this time we found them much improved - this includes both the software and the wonderful support.

The employees are excellent but the software is outdated and no help. I spend too much time and money paying for tjings i am noe getting for free with shopify. Google merchant integration and other features are seriously lacking with volusion.

The support team is fantastic, software has been great. Wish they offered more remarketing options though

It is easy to use but I wish it had more features

I have been a Volusion customer since 2009 and have experienced a slow decline in customer service over the years. Most recently I was in a chat with tech support for 90 minutes. Instead of having knowledge of the platform the tech support person took 15 -20 minutes to research the answer to my questions, providing me with a link to an article rather than a solution she was familiar with. Ultimately her suggestions did not provide the information I was looking for and after 90 minutes I ended the chat feeling I just wasted 90 minutes.

Just the best customer service with a real live person on the phone which to me is priceless. They are always so nice, patient and smart!

Our site has gone down several times within the past few months and we don’t change anything on the back end as far as redirects, hosting, or IP info. Also, we have had some major slowness lately. This could be because we have a large site but they make it seem like they can handle large sites. So hopefully they get that stuff internally running smoothly because the downtime and slowness is costing us. But other than that the past 4 years with Volusion has been pretty okay.

Great templates, many free, and the support to make it happen!

Reliable. Difficult to get through to technical support and it should always be free . Has been very reliable. More templates for free needed.

Volusion is always ready to help. Very quick to respond. Could not be happier ;-}

All in all, a great scalable e-commerce solution. Nice API's and data export/import features.

great product and service - really really good

Typically a great company to work with. The software is easy to use but the integration with Amazon is troublesome and the connection breaks every couple months. This cause delays in shipping which is a HUGE deal when selling on Amazon. We have found a way around it but will likely look into switching if this does not improve.

The employees were knowledgable and helpful but I wasn't website savvy with the design area and felt helpless. Got very little results with volusion.

Works well and they seem to continue to be dedicated to further improvements. Thanks Volusion!

Volusion helped to make the complexities of an online business more simplistic. Representatives were able to help me develop and build my website with ease. I would definitely recommend Volusion.

Not a great platform. My biggest gripe is that my customers cannot keep the contents in their shopping cart between sessions, or across devices. We sell wholesale and our buyers fill their carts over time and then check out. This is a real deal breaker for us. We're in the process of converting to Shopify.

Great customer support! Calling or chatting online, they're fast to respond and very patient with their clients.
