Echt een verschrikkelijke ervaring. (Vue hoorn ) Personeel niet vriendelijk & nauwelijks popcorn in een bakje! Zaal is voor de rest prima onderhouden. U kan beter naar een andere bioscoop gaan.

Got charged £31.98! Scam😡
Went to the vue in Leeds city centre yesterday to watch scary movie 6 at 11:15 was sat there until 11:34 apparently screen 1 wasn’t moving so the lady came in n asked us to move to screen 2, I told the lady I’m gonna run late now so won’t be able to watch it so she kindly said she would refund my ticket and popcorn, however I was charged an extra £7.99 and £8.00 so in total it came to £31.98 which was shocking! I’ve contacted the vue team the customer service is poor honestly! I’m hoping they sort this out because wtf it’s a scam! For sitting there watching a black screen🤣what a joke I am never going to vue again😳
Cannot redeem my valid Club Lloyds free Vue codes
I've got a three Club Lloyds free Vue vouchers to use before they expire on 18 June. I've been trying to book tickets for tomorrow, 6 June at Vue West End for the past two hours and keep receiving error codes; "invalid code" and "too many requests". At one point I tested the code on the website and it did redeem but I wanted to use it in the app so I could receive a loyalty stamp. When I entered it into the app, it didn't work.
It's terrible that these codes that expire in 12 days are not actually redeemable. If they expired earlier, then the shorter date should have been stated. Hilarious how the link to the webpage that allows you to check the code validity doesn't work either- apparently checking the code once results in "too many requests".
The team managing the website and app need to ensure the system is fit for purpose. They have out in too many restrictions so legitimate codes don't work.
Checking my code once is not "too many requests", therefore the web settings are incorrect.
I've wasted two hours tonight and I'm steaming!! Banking with Lloyds to get these free tickets that I can't actually redeem has got me fuming!

Samen tickets boeken met een Vue MoviePass gaat niet meer, dat moet ieder nu voor zich doen. Totale Chaos dus wanneer je met meerdere personen gaat. En dan krijg je ook nog zo'n achterlijk standaard antwoord dat ze het veranderd hebben en het samen boeken niet terug komt. Wat een gebruiksvriendelijke manier dit!
Met z'n 3e naar een drukke film gaan gaat dus ook niet meer, want naast het apart boeken is die achterlijke "je kan niet één stoel vrij laten" nog altijd van toepassing.
De persoon die dit goedgekeurd heeft moet per direct ontslagen worden.
Wij zijn er klaar mee en zeggen onze MoviePass op, en we zijn niet de enige. We horen van de balie dat álle klanten hier klachten over hebben. Dit is te achterlijk voor woorden.
Maakt de ervaring van naar de bioscoop gaan echt direct waardeloos. En dan is de prijs van de MoviePass ook nog eens omhoog gegaan.
Haal die vorige website terug! Daar was niks mis mee!

It’s rare that you come across a level of incompetence this high, for a number of weeks a film has been advertised, it’s even on the Vue website but you are unable to book tickets as there is no rating, I have spoken to via chat window to so-called customer serviceand I have to say that the members of staff are appallingly out of date with their information, which they steadfastly standby, they are no help whatsoever, and I would call the entire experience absolutely shambolic, I’m going to wait for the DVD and stay at home, save myself a 50 mile round-trip and parking costs, and probably from getting 5tabbed or mugged on the way back to the car.

I've had better experiences at Vue, but this time it wasnt it, I have gone to Vue on the 5th of June, 2026 and went with my friends to watch scary movie 6. Now this movie is a 15 rated (which I am) and this guy that was at the counter who scanned the tickets didn't let me in. He had spiky hair with a sortof goatee. Although we was able to watch a different movie by swapping tickets, this was not what I had expected and i was expecting a fun experience with my friends watching a comedy and horror movie.
The Vue Cramlington
I visited the vue in Cramlington today and bought 2 popcorn buckets for the digital circus but was unable to have the popcorn in at the time as the film was later in the day .The manager Rob was really good and gave a note for the staff later to fill them when we came back .I have visited the Vue many times with a disabled lady and the staff are so helpful.

Wilde met 2 vriendinnen naar de film. Backrooms die 16+ is. Ik en een andere vriendin zijn bijna 22 jaar. Maar onze andere vriendin werd geweigerd omdat ze haar ID kaart niet bij had. Onze vriendin was overduidelijk 16+. Verschillende oplossingen voorgesteld, maar er werd ons verteld dat we niet naar binnen mochten en moesten betalen als we naar een andere film wouden. Jammer dat het zo moet.

Jeg og to venner tog i Vue Fisketorvet for at se en gyserfilm kl. 22. Da vi ankom kl. 22.02, var der ikke et eneste menneske ved kiosken, så vi begyndte at blande slik og vælge sodavand og popcorn. Kort efter kom alle medarbejderne gående og meddelte, at de var lukket, og at vi derfor ikke kunne købe noget af det, vi stod med.
Vi spurgte høfligt, om der kunne gøres en undtagelse, da vi kun var et par minutter forsinkede, men det var der ingen forståelse for. Vi blev bedt om at lægge alt slikket tilbage og måtte derefter gå ind til filmen uden snacks eller drikkevarer. Medarbejdernes attitude virkede unødigt nedladende, og stemningen blandt dem mindede mere om en legeplads end en professionel arbejdsplads, hvor de løb rundt og fjollede med hinanden.
Som om det ikke var nok, var salen fyldt med larmende børn og unge, som opførte sig ekstremt respektløst under hele filmen. Nogle sad og snakkede konstant, mens andre råbte og skreg ved nærmest hver eneste scene for at imponere deres venner. Det ødelagde fuldstændig filmoplevelsen.
Alt i alt var dette uden tvivl den værste biografoplevelse, jeg nogensinde har haft. Jeg fortryder besøget og kommer ikke til at sætte mine ben i Vue Fisketorvet igen.

Ripping customers off over priced for empty cinema
Visited hartlepool cinema and paid at site was astounded at price for a ticket over £11 and just checked app and they have put in a couple of seats slightly bigger than normal recliners and charging £12 for that seat with a small cushion the prices to watch a film now is a rip off can buy dvd for less the £10 when comes out. Cinemas need users too visit to watch films no wander some films not lasting in cinemas and coming out on streaming platforms as cinemas over charging i will re think my next film on this last visit and how you expect families with kids with these prices government drop vat on cinemas yet vue have upped prices good way to push customers away with the extornionate prices you are now charging no wander screen are empty with less than 15 people in on a school holiday
Northampton Vue Cinema
Came to Northampton Vue cinema and it was phenomenal service by a kind lad named matt. He was sweet bubbly and enthusiastic. He was very talkative which made it even better made my mother and brother feel very much welcomed. For a person who is relatively new (as he mentioned) he was quick and polite even giving us compliments on our outfits.
Vue doesn't follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015
I was supposed to be watching Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu at the Halifax Vue tonight.
But i've just received an email stating that a refund of £15.98 had been processed, but no explanation was provided for the cancellation. There was no notification in the app, no reason given, and no alternative offered.
When I attempted to resolve this via your live chat, the experience was unacceptable:
I was passed between two agents without explanation
Neither agent could tell me why my booking was cancelled
I was told to “rebook myself” despite Vue holding my money for up to 5 days
I requested a manager and was told “managers don’t do chats”
The chat was then ended without resolution
This is not an acceptable standard of service.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, when a business cancels a service that has been paid for, the customer is entitled to a clear explanation and a suitable remedy. Vue failed to provide either.

location detection sends wrong cinemas then they refuse to refund. Stopped my disabled son being able to go they are absolute criminals don't even offer a voucher. Poor practice and crappy screens, reel is much better at least you know it's cheap!!!
NO customer service
No customer service. Live chat well hidden in the app and website. When you finally find it (in the About section of all places) you just go round in circles with a bot and can't converse with a human.

You tight arse numpty's. I went to see a movie, not sit in a sauna. Too tight to put a/c on. Ruin the movie experience as sit in a pool of my own sweat. It ok I got a raw hit dog and did a bit of under carriage cooking. Waste of money never again.
Ben ontevreden vaste klant
Ben vaste klant, kom er zeker twee keer per week en heb een VUE pas. Helaas is het bijna met de dag slechter geworden nu kan je niet eens meer de app gebruiken als pashouder om tickets re bestellen. De zalen zijn vies, mensen die zich misdragen worden alleen gewaarschuwd en vervolgens heb ik er nog steeds last van, personeel heeft vaak nergens verstand van en zijn geen horeca figuren, het word duurder en duurder maar alles gaat dus alleen maar achteruit, wc echt ongelooflijk ranzig, geen goed management wat betreft wie wlke functie heeft en daardoor moet je heel lang wachten.

Very bad screening times.
I don’t understand why you can’t give at least one early timing for the backrooms movie? Every single Vue screening shows 5:30pm, 8pm, or midnight timings. Some people have work and lives. Some people can’t do these times, so at least give other people a chance to watch the movie. It’s not even a proper horror film that you HAVE to watch in the night. Honestly this is so disappointing, especially coming from VUE. Let’s stop being so extra making timings only in the night time and actually include all your customers but at least adding ONE early timing for movies you put on screen.
Only been to one Vue before today
Only been to one Vue before today, as no cinemas existed anywhere near me. Loved that experience so when I heard Vue were coming to my home town I was very happy. However, it seems there is something systemic in the company as even though I visited the day after it opened it's doors for the first time, I was surprised that the cinema seating was still dirty from the previous audience, rubbish and popcorn everywhere, this was just 10 mins before the showing started. Very surprised at Vue tbh, but looking at other comments, cleanliness seems to be an issue across the chain.
