I’d been looking for a steering wheel for a long time — something that not only looks good but is also actually high quality. I finally found a page that offers great quality products at affordable prices.

I do not recommend VWMK7|STORE based on my personal experience.

In May 2026, I ordered a customized Volkswagen steering wheel for approximately €1,500. After around three months, my order is still incomplete.

The steering wheel I received did not fully match the configuration I paid for. Some parts were incorrect, including the paddle shifters and the R8-style button trim. Several important components were also missing and were supposedly going to be shipped separately.

For weeks, I repeatedly received the same promises: “today”, “tomorrow”, “this week”, “you will receive the tracking number today”, “it has already been shipped”. However, the days passed and the missing parts and tracking information never arrived.

I have screenshots of the WhatsApp conversations documenting these repeated promises and delays.

I also had to pay approximately €37.88 in additional UPS/import charges, despite the website advertising “Worldwide Shipping – No Extra Costs”. When I asked about this charge, I did not receive a clear answer.

The worst part was being told that if I continued calling, they would block me and that I should stop contacting them, simply because I was asking about parts I had already paid for.

I have formally requested a return and full refund and am now seeking legal assistance to resolve the matter.

I am simply sharing my personal experience: €1,500 paid, months of waiting, incorrect and missing parts, broken promises, additional charges, and finally threats to block me for asking about my paid order.

I have kept all documentation, screenshots, payment records, photographs and conversations.

I ordered a steering wheel from this company in May and paid around €1,500. It is now August and my order is still incomplete.

First, I tried to cancel the order because the website advertised a delivery time of 15–21 days, but they refused to cancel it even though the deadline had not been respected. I decided to give them another chance.

When the steering wheel finally arrived, it was not the configuration I ordered. I had specifically requested different paddle shifters and different Audi R8-style buttons, but the wheel arrived with the wrong parts. I asked for a solution and a refund, but I was repeatedly told to wait and be patient.

Communication has been the biggest problem. I have repeatedly been told things like “we have already shipped it”, “I will send you the tracking number tomorrow” and “it will arrive tomorrow”, but these promises were repeatedly not fulfilled.

The latest problem concerns the DSG shifter and airbag. Before receiving the package, I specifically asked what the tracking number contained. I was told it contained both the DSG shifter and the airbag. When the package arrived, the airbag was missing.

I was then told that the airbag had been shipped separately and would arrive the next day. Nothing arrived. After waiting another day, I was finally told that the airbag had not even been shipped yet and would be sent on Monday.

This is extremely frustrating. If something has not been shipped, simply say so. Giving customers different explanations and repeatedly promising delivery dates that are not respected is unacceptable.

I was also promised the correct paddle shifters and Audi R8-style buttons, but I am still waiting for a proper solution.

There was also an additional €40 UPS charge, despite the website stating that shipping was free and that there would be no additional charges. They initially said it was not their problem, but after I showed them what their website stated, they agreed to reimburse me. I am still waiting for that money.

Getting a response is also extremely difficult. Sometimes my messages are ignored for one, two or even three days, and I have had to call repeatedly just to get an answer. This is particularly frustrating when their website advertises 24/7 customer support.

Overall, I paid €1,500 expecting professional service. Instead, I have spent almost three months chasing the seller, waiting for missing and incorrect parts, asking for tracking numbers and receiving contradictory explanations and promises that were not fulfilled.

Three months, €1,500, and my order is still not properly resolved. Extremely disappointing experience.

DO NOT BUY CUSTOM STEERING WHEELS FROM HERE!!!
i bought a custom steering wheel for my vw golf 7
i ordered it on 3rd of may, even though i got promised a maximum 20 days delivery, i arrived on 12th of june thats 40 days!
i ordered as a cutsom heating in the steering wheel cause i already have it in my car, and they claimed thats whats caused the delay... fair....
after reciving it, the buttons dont match with my original layout
I bought a dsg cover and paddles too but both came in the wrong color....
the heating in the steering wheel, needs a special set of buttons for it to work, i did not know before buying. They claim the supplier of the buttons no longer sells them. weird....
On top of all of this, has the response over whatsapp been poor after receiving the steering wheel.
they say i cant get a refund because its custom made, but i think it straight bullshit to be honest..
the date today is 31st of july. give or take 3 months since i ordered. not installed yet, and paddles and dsg cover is still missing......

I’m extremely satisfied with this website. Whenever I have any questions or something is unclear regarding the installation, they are always there to help and provide clear explanations. As for the quality, it is truly amazing. To be honest, at first I didn’t expect the products to be this high-quality, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Psst… you should start producing car seat belts with GTI, R, and R-Line lettering! I’m sure many car enthusiasts would love them.

Overall, I highly recommend this website and I will definitely continue shopping here.
