easy to use, professional service

It works, chat support is solid as well.

I've used VWO across two different companies and can't recommend it enough. Not only is the product very advanced in terms of testing and segments and reporting but the support team responds super fast and are very knowledgeable.

Explanation was so clear. I likectgat the presenter was very patient and answered questiins in a simple manner to be understood by someone who is a newbie.

While I appreciate the A/B testing side of VWO, there are some serious shortcomings that we were not made aware of until we got and paid for the full experience:
- there is "support for hash URLs" however that means that the code runs twice if you have a link to an element on the page (so if you are inserting an element, it gets inserted twice). Their solution is to write JavaScript that checks the URL for a hashtag and only runs the code if it exists, which makes it impossible for a non-coder to use the software properly (what's the point of the visual editor if you have to write code for it to function)
- even if you have more users for testing than actually visit your site, your goal tracking still gets sampled, especially at peak traffic times, which gives wildly inaccurate results thus making the entire "research" portion of the software useless

I feel the on-boarding boarding process could be a little richer. There's no real program to get started. However, the organization is open ato questions and responsive.

-Could be better optimized for non-technical users who want a simpler workflow so they can get value from it right away.
-Has faster loading times compared to hotjar for session recordings, which helped me speed up site usability issues.
-Has more advanced features for dedicated professionals compared to other competitors
-Disappointing to see the lack of a free-option for basic site stats. There is no incentive to keep the account after the trial if budget limitations are preventing spend on premium analytics like vwo.

They were good for years and perhaps they're okay if you migrate to one of their more expensive plans however they wouldn't continue with one of their original less expensive options and it took about 1 or 2 weeks for them to get back to us with this answer. We had to switch our payment type and that was enough for them to discontinue our original plan. There was no real issues prior to this and the support was always satisfactory.

Excellent 24/7 customer support and answered all my questions in greater detail. They have been transparent with pricing from the very beginning.

Nice support and overall nice to have A/B-testing and heatmaps, recordings in one program.

Unfortunately the quota restrictions for A/B testing is too strictly set imo.

A fantastic experience from the start, which included a free trial that was long enough for us to understand the value, a customer service team that bent over backwards during that free trial to help us get things set up properly, and a tool that is intuitive, insightful and valuable.

Using it for more than 6 months now! Really useful for personalization and A/B testing. The analytics feature is great too.

The support team has a short response time and they solve close to 100% of all problems that you're facing.

Pricing is great and it has help me get more conversions by 67%
