All of this resulted in our team spending way too much time trying to troubleshoot the tool and communicating with the VWO sales team. We canceled our account early and sought a refund (which was denied) as all of the tests we did weren't conclusive because the software switched variations or didn't show them at all. We have used VWO in the past and the experience was much better, not sure what has happened to make everything fall to pieces.

Its ease of use and the ability to share and document observations make it an excellent tool for cross-departmental CRO efforts. Creating tests is straight-forward and extensive analysis features, such as session recordings and post-test segmentation, allow for the easy collection of valuable insights.

I have been using VWO Platform for the past 2 Years, with very successful results.
With an intuitive interface, VWO makes it easy to navigate and build new test and hypothesis.
My favorite VWO feature used to be the Split URL test but with the recent updates to the A/B function (such as the new on page editor) I have a new favorite!
VWO is all in one solution for Testing and Conversion Optimization and extensive analysis features, such as heatmaps and recordings, allows for easy access to valuable information.
On top of this VWO has great Technical Support with easy to use chat interface which is always there to help.
VWO is an Excellent Tool â no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very good software for CRO and AB testing. Support is also very very fast in replying and super skilled! You can do basically everything you want. I really enjoy running testing via VWO!
The customer support team is very helpful and easy to reach via chat. I wish they were more flexible in regards to timings for a phone call as the support team is based in India and I am not.
There is scope for improvement of Knowledge Base.

My first time using VWO I thought they had all the functionality of all the other landing page optimization tools. Now, they have added more features like video sessions and have made their user interface very intuitive for most users. I'd highly recommend VWO for any company looking to improve website conversions via A/B testing.
The Heatmaps only have a fraction of the actual traffic recorded. The recordings are corrupted very often. The A/B testing tool is very temperamental, most of the time to set one up you need to do it 2-3 times from scratch.
The tool is amazing and it's a cornerstone now in optimizing our websites for better UX and conversions. VWO's customer service is also first-class: super responsive and very efficient. Keep on doing great job, VWO!
