Egy csillagot sem adnék neki ! Rendeltem tőlük zakókat. A méret nem lett jó ezért írtam nekik hogy visszaküldeném a termékeket. Emailre nem válaszolnak! Az zakók minősége silány kínai! Semmire sem valók! Én semmit nem rendelek tőlük! Kész átverés az egész webáruház!

Do not buy there anything!
I made an order, paid via Apple Pay and after more than 3 weeks I still do not have the goods recieved and my money is gone.
I tried several times to reach the customer service email, without response.

I genuinely don’t understand how a company can handle customer service this badly.

I ordered a jacket from Walther Mode and requested cancellation THE SAME DAY I placed the order on April 30, before it had even shipped. I sent a proper email with my order number asking for immediate cancellation and refund because it hadn’t been dispatched yet.

Then I kept getting automated order/tracking updates, so I replied again:
“CANCEL THIS ORDER IMMEDIATELY.”

Then again:
“CANCEL THIS ORDER NOW.”

By May 2nd I was already emailing:
“I SAID CANCEL THE ORDER 3 DAYS AGO.”

Their response was basically:
“Sorry for the delayed response, we’ve escalated your cancellation request and we’re waiting to see if it has already been dispatched.”

So they acknowledged they saw my cancellation request days earlier.

Then the tracking updates kept coming.

At that point I’m sitting there thinking are you actually serious right now? I cancelled this before shipment and now I’m being treated like I changed my mind after it shipped.

I kept emailing because nobody was actually resolving the issue:
“You do realize I am not paying anything if it is shipped and I expect a full refund as I canceled same day as I ordered it.”

Then later:
“Are you guys joking? I cancelled this order way before it shipped. I do not want this. I want my full refund. I am not paying any shipping costs for a return. This is genuinely ridiculous. Give me my money back.”

And honestly yes, my tone got more heated over time, but after over a week of delayed responses while they continued processing and shipping something I repeatedly cancelled, who wouldn’t be frustrated?

Now I’m apparently expected to deal with return shipping for something I tried cancelling before dispatch because support took too long to respond.

Really disappointing experience and far below what I’d expect from any online store.

DO NOT BUY from this site anything!!!!
I had ordered 2 jackets and received only one piece of something I would only use for cleaning the floor!!! I've never seen such a poor quality of clothes. On the website the jackets looked like they had some shape, but in reality I received very shoddily made piece of cheap rag. I don't buy a clothes from unknown website and this was my first time and last time. Lesson learned! I don't think I'll get my money back. Let's see. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Ho ricevuto un prodotto completamente diverso da quello ordinato. Non assomigliava nemmeno all’articolo della foto. Ho chiesto di fare il reso, non ho più avuto loro notizie. Sconsiglio di fare acquisti da questo sito

I give a minus or zero if possible . Cost 100 euro when sent wrong size and no easy way to get your money back . China company any advertising in Germany . I would look at the reviews of everyone who has been fooled into buying something .qualuty is also very poor . They send you the wrong size then want to give you credit to spend more money

I would not even give this company 1 star !! It took About 6 weeks from time of order to delivery . The products looked nothing like they did on website . Really terrible !! Very hard to communicate with . Stay well away from this .

I would give zero stars if possible. Item not at all as described & damaged & no return details. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute scam, false images of product and not giving me a refund. Avoid purchasing anything.

Placed an order at the beginning of April and to date have not received this. They say that their company is based in Belgium but it’s very clear that the company is from China. I have written numerous emails and have received automated AI generated responses. This company needs to investigated as they are scammers.

I ordered 2 items at the same time. Only one item was delivered. The other item says info received on April 3. No additional status on the shipping or tracking information. I've been emailing and they keep giving automated responses. Very bad company. I would give them negative stars

Finger weg von diesem Versanddienstleister!

Nachdem die Größen nicht gepasst haben und die Qualität mehr als fragwürdig war, wollte ich eine Retour anmelden. Man hat mir zweimal angeboten mit Prozenten wieder einzukaufen.

Ich hatte da schon lange auf meine Bestellung gewartet und wollte nach der Pleite nicht nochmal bestellen. Nach vielen hin und her habe ich es für 48 € zurück gesendet. Nach 5 Wochen kam jetzt eine Nachricht mit Zollgebühren, die ich zu tragen habe und nun ist die Info Email-Adresse nicht mehr zu erreichen.
Es ist eine Frechheit!

Product purchased from this Belgium company was shipped from a factory from China. Not uncommon for e commerce. Their customer service is quite terrible however. I should have been more wary of this site. Any email just gives a generic response. I assume to give the veneer of a legitimate business. I receive a product that was clearly labeled wrong and not what I ordered. I assume they want me to pay more money to get the correct product I purchased. I'm pretty furious as its been just one ignored email after another.
At this point I'm going to look into how to get this site shut down because they clearly just try to scam people.
I recommend staying away from this business.

As an update I discovered ad a consumer you have rights. As such I'll be filing fraud complaints soon with every country this company is involved with since its been weeks of silence. I will continue to update.

Scheinadresse in den Niederlanden ware kam aus China.

Leute, lasst euch nicht verarschen von diesen Betrügern! Die Größenangaben im Internet stehen nicht überein mit den gelieferten Artikeln! Den Rückversand muss man selber bezahlen und sie wollen einen versicherten Versand haben über 50 € sonst behaupten Sie, die Ware wäre nicht angekommen und zu nichts anderem sind Sie bereit! Ein Stern ist noch zu viel Walter Mode sind kriminelle Abzocker und gehören angezeigt! Bloß Finger weg tut euch das lieber nicht an!

Ich war sehr unsicher, hier zu bestellen, nachdem ich einige Bewertungen gelesen hatte. Trotzdem habe ich es getan und muss sagen, dass ich positiv überrascht bin. Die Lieferung dauerte etwa 1,5 Wochen, was mich nicht störte, da dies auch in den Bedingungen angegeben war. Die Qualität ist in Ordnung, aber was erwartet man auch bei diesen Preisen.
