Looking into this, it appears that two orders may have been created on the same day. One was completed successfully with payment going through, whilst the other remained on "pending payment" status. This can sometimes happen when going back to a cart or revisiting an order, and it would explain the email you received stating that payment was still due.

For online credit card transactions, refunds take 21 working days from the day the goods are received at our distribution centre. This lead time is largely a result of bank processing time, which is outside of our direct control.
