I asked him about a program they may have regarding the pandemic. He was so rude and disconnected from humanity. I am so disappointed in his demeanor. I am discontinuing my membership.

I'm rating this Montgomery Ward company as a whole I purchased three or four necklaces from them and after my wife worn them for a few weeks to months what was suppose to have been 10k or 14k completely faded of the necklace is some different type of metal underneath. Now that I'm layer off work I'm constantly getting these threatening letters and none stop phone calls. I can wait to pay them off and all the credit line they give isn't worth the hassle and head you receive for some fake merchandise. I'm letter anyone out there thats thinking about deal with this company please make them your last choice and never waste your time on that over priced corner store jewelry!

Was going to order a 1 and1half lb tin of cashews for a bday Xmas gift. They wanted $17.98 shipping! Is this a joke! All done with them! Needless to say. Didn't buy them!
Product quality
I ordered the canopy tent it was horrible it was so flimsy that I couldn't get it to stay up at all and I had 2 people help me out then I went and bought a large stake so that would give it more support but that did not work I was never able to put the tent part on so I had to put duct tape over every joint and that still did not work and then the corner where the plastic is broke so I was going to send it back for a refund but I couldn't get the tape off living in Florida I guess it got hot and sticky on there and I had a terrible time trying to get it off so it has been laying out in my shed it was never used for its purpose I sent pictures to them through email because they keep calling me I was going to go ahead and make the payment it was only $10 a month and then I got charged a late fee of another $10 and I paid it but then I was late one day and they wanted to charge me another $10 so I quit paying I'm not going to pay $10 for a month and then pay $10 for one day they call me all the time even though I sent pictures of their product I never got to use it and I needed it for a get-together that I was having to put the food under and that never happened the quality was horrible. They gave me credit for 250 I paid it off then they sent me a catalog for 400 and when I placed an order they would not give me any credit and I have paid with no issues this company suck's and if I were you don't buy from them. They have no honor as far as I am concerned they are liers.

Then Covid almost got me, a payment was late (?), you complain to the credit bureau, knocked my credit score a little too low to get my house. I get HOT, use your ignorant worker to screw up entering my routing & bank account in, resulting in non payment. You don't INFORM me of the problem until TWO-months later. I DON'T even want to talk to ANY of you crooks. You're NOT getting anymore business HERE.

I sincerely wished I had read these reviews before I placed my Christmas order for my Grandkids. I was double billed and just realized that I paid $52.00 for tax, and shipping and handling on a $197.00 purchase. I spoke to a representative who assured me my $249.78 would be refunded in 24 hours. That was 4 days ago.
The reason I ordered from this company was they once (back in the day) were an upright and trustworthy institution.
I don't know what happened, but, I will not be recommending this company AND their catalog will be immediately thrown in the trash!!!
The Opening of Fraudulent Accounts allowed by Montgomery Ward Drama
For the second time Montgomery Ward has allowed someone to open a fraudulent account with my name and address. I found out when a bill was sent to me.The first time I went through all the protocols with reporting this fraud to the credit bureaus, calling Montgomery Ward numerous timesâputting in fraud alerts, etc., however, they are STILL allowing this criminal activity to happen.

In August customer service was suppose to delete my old one and add a new card. I give them my new debit card #. For the last 2 months I thought I was making a payment online with it being rejected due to customer service. Now I've been charged an extra 10.00 late fee. I will never do business with this or ginny's again. Worse customer service ever!!!!!!!

I go into my account which I have not used in a year and it shows that I have available $1,300. I order a laptop for my granddaughter and I get an email that I need to make a payment for half of the order, which was almost $500. If I had the $500, I would have purchased the laptop that would have saved me money since you end up paying about 50% more than other retail stores. I called the customer service line and I do have to say that the representative that I spoke to was very polite and cancelled my order immediately when I told her that I did not have the $500. She explained that I did not have the credit history with them to allow them to release the purchased if the laptop. Why in the hell, do you tell someone that you have a line of credit that you cannot use. I will never use them again!!

Really, if you felt that way you should not have given me any credit in the first place. I told the representative that I am going to pay my account in full and will never order anything else from them. It is not like their products are state of the art.

I ordered something from them and got the first one but then everytime I ordered something from them after that they told me that I ordered something from their sister company swiss colony 11 years ago and didn't pay for it so they were denying my credit. I don't even remember that and I told them that isn't even on my
credit report anymore. They said I had to pay full price for the item. Also had a account with seventh avenue and paid them off. They wouldn't let me order anything from them either. They are very unprofessional and they just denying their self a customer because if I can't get it from them I will get it from another company like fingerhut or someone. They keep sending me books to order stuff from through. What ever bank backs their credit account need to drop them.

Ordered an item and needed to return it. Waited 2-1/2 weeks for return shipping label. They received returned item by May 13. As of 7-6-2020, I'm still waiting for my refund. Customer service said check was mailed on 6-26-2020. I had requested refund to be credited back to my debit card. So much for customer satisfaction.
We had also ordered a small desktop stereo a day later. The initial one we received had an inoperable CD player(Made in China). We received a replacement item within 4 days( It worked). However, had to call twice to get the return shipping label. Took another 10 days before I had label to return bad item. I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE OR QUALITY OF MERCHANDISE!!!!.
