G-SHOCK Move GBD-H2000-1A9ER

Purchased the G-SHOCK Move GBD-H2000-1A9ER over the weekend, saved myself €200 buying here instead of the watch stores in Ireland. Super Speedy Delivery and packaged well to avoid any damages. Definitely I will be back again soon.

Service was excellent

Service was excellent, they dealt with a wrong address immediately. Delivery was super fast (quicker than a similar order made on the same day with a supplier in my own country). Product was well priced and in perfect condition.

10/10 on all fronts.

Hi Kolya,
We are very sorry for the long waiting time and for the inconvenience caused. We completely understand your frustration and situation, and we sincerely regret this experience. We are sorry for the long waiting time and for the inconvenience caused. Your payment has already been fully refunded, despite the fact that the investigation with the postal service is still ongoing.

Unfortunately, this situation was caused by serious delivery issues with the Ukrainian postal service during that period. Several shipments were not delivered and were apparently lost in transit, and official investigations with the postal operators are still ongoing.
Although the issue was outside of our control and not caused by our company directly, we still wanted to treat the situation fairly and responsibly. For this reason, we decided not to make you wait any longer and issued your payment refund in full, even while the investigation is still unresolved.
We truly apologize once again and appreciate your patience and understanding.
