We are truly sorry to read your comment.
We completely understand your frustration and want to clarify that it is never our intention for any customer to feel scammed. We replied to your emails and we have refunded your payment too. We are sorry to see such a strong review, as there is no reason for this kind of statement. Our company is based in Slovakia and we operate transparently within the EU, always making sure that customers receive their orders or refunds in case of any issue, as in your case

Citizen watch from watch exclusive.
The particular watch that I wanted was out of stock on several sites, but watch exclusive could get it & it was cheaper than others. I ordered it & it arrived in the 10 days that they stated. I would buy from them again

Brawo Wy!!!!!!!! 👍☺️❤️

Super sklep
Super sklep. Bardzo dobry kontakt e-mail. Natychmiastowa odpowiedź na wysłaną przez mnie wiadomość. Dla niezdecydowanych i mających jakieś obawy. Informuję o pozytywnym zakupie zegarka G-SHOCK model: GPR-H1000RY-1A9ER. Kupiłem zegarek za niecałe 2 000 zł. Natomiast w Polsce ten sam zegarek jest w cenie 2 800 zł. Pozdrawiam ludzi ze sklepu WatchExclusive.

Very transparent
Once I made my purchase they sent me an email immediately advising they will need to reach out to their supplier for my watch which would delay the shipment for a week and they gave me the option to wait or cancel my order. I waited and I got the watch I wanted a Citizen Series 8 890. Multiple emails came to give me updates on my watch.
