Highly recommended—great price (the cheapest I could find online), speedy delivery, and excellent communication. My pump arrived missing a 3-pin plug adapter, but the customer care from Wessell was fantastic, and the part was with me within days.

Customer pump failed which was fitted 8 Years ago and they promptly help me find the correct pump for that application my customer need for it. Very good customer service and fast delivery.

I always judge a company by post sales customer service. There was an issue with the product I ordered. The problem was resolved within an hour of contacting Waterpumps and a replacement item was received shortly thereafter. 5* response.

One of my colleagues snapped off the pressure sensor - I contacted them for a replacement, and they sent me one out free of charge, even though the pump was two years old Excellent service!!

The customer service and updates were brilliant, the delivery and service excellent. The only problem I have is the pump itself just doesn’t do what it said on the tin basically, it’s not powerful enough for 1 sprinkler let alone 2, so now I am out of pocket but you live and learn and maybe I should have got the next size up.

I think the one thing that tells you how good a company is, is their customer service. If it goes wrong, how did they deal with it?
Well, this company get 5 stars. I purchased 2 pumps recently, one was damaged in the box when I opened it.
I sent an email about issue to them. It was replied to promptly. A replacement pump was sent out after I had sent a couple of pictures of the damage. The replacement came the next day.
I don't think you can ask for much more than that.

I purchased an irrigation pump from them less than a year ago and now it’s developed a fault - I think with the flow switch. I emailed four days ago to claim a repair or replacement but still waiting for a reply.

Really appreciated the quick response when we needed a pump sending quickly.

I phoned to find out what sort of pump I needed and got great advice. Went on line the same evening and ordered the pump. 36 hours later the pump arrived and saved our house from a flood from an overflowing well.

This the second pump I have brought in the last three months. The first just kept blowing my electric. The response I have had with the first pump was very disappointing. The company need to sort out there customer care service.

It’s all very good writing a response saying contact customer service and that customer service is high on there agenda, I have contacted customer service twice already with no satisfactory outcome. This company need to deal with customer complaints at the first instance and not when people write a poor review.
