Appalling delivery service and dreadful responses from a variety of customer service reps.
Recv'd message 8.30 am saying delivery due that afternoon. Rang to say had an appt and wd not be home until 2.30pm.Was told driver wd be told this and if not able to deliver at that time them wd definitely be delivered the next day. Turned out driver attempted to deliver around 1 pm, no one at home! No delivery the next day and despite phoning at least once per day after then delivery did not arrive until 8 days later. Spoke to different clerk every day, promises made re delivery that day or next day, promises re calling me back just never materialised. An absolute shambles from start to finish a catalogue of obfuscation and downright untruths, anything to get rid of me on the phone. I had to stay at home each day due to the many promises that never materialised. After many tears of using this company I hope I never have to resort to them again. The worst service ever!!!

Always courteous when placing order for fuel. Only comment is that they do not let me know when it will be delivered. Need to know as has to be delivered via neighbour.

From ordering to delivery every time goes with out a hitch

I have telephoned your company to discuss finance and was promised someone would phone me. I’m still waiting for a response.

I am unable to get through to Watsons. The portal is not accepting messages, the phone is unanswered and the "contact us" facility isn't answered. As a long standing customer of Collisons/Watson I am very disappointed. I acept they must be experiencing issues at the moment but they need to be in contact with customers.

As always automatic ordering on oil tank reaching trigger point no worries for the customer and should never run out of heating oil but in this day and age it is wise to check oil prices

Failed to inform me in advance of delivery, despite promising to do so. Unacceptable given how damaging this can be to oil heat pumps. Caused persistent, pervasive smell to household for 5 days after delivery.

I have been using Watsons regularly for some time . Deliveries have been reliable and a message confirming delivery is on its way is helpful . The monthly payment scheme is good for difficult times . At least 2 other companies have let me down (before the current problems) and the delivery drivers always cheerful !

Watsons fuel has always delivered my heating oil promptly when I needed it and as a pensioner and loyal custome I found this very reassuring. I understand the problems they are having with supply at this time and hope they will continue supplying to me when needed.

After 25 years as a customer i feel totally betrayed by watson. Repeatedly over charged me on a top up account vs local competitors and then having to credit me after complaining. Uncompetitive by 30% is really a micky take. I will not use again. Account closed.
