Order was very easy to make on the web site. Package arrived very fast, 4 days. It was exactly what I ordered.

So, I had sent an email for a refund and no one responded (it got lost in the ether). Then I sent multiple requests and finally (after a month) it got escalated. I eventually got the refund, I had to send another email because the return label wasn't attached, and it took forever for customer service to respond. I wish you were more responsive as this could have been a very quick response. Your products are great, but slow customer service will hurt you in the long run.

In meinem Set fehlte die Häkelnadel, die Farbe war auch anders wie dargestellt. Auf meine Bitte, mir die Häkelnadel nachzusenden wurde nicht reagiert. Totschweigen ist wohl auch eine Methode. Da das Set ein Geschenk sein soll, bin ich gezwungen eine Nadel nachzukaufen.

La livraison super rapide, le matériel superbe et bonne tenue

La calidad de las lanas es muy buena. En algún caso se rompe el hilo con la tensión pero son lanas muy agradables y con buena conservación. Los envíos suelen ser rápidos y el embalaje es adecuado. Por poner una mala experiencia, compré unas lanas petit whool Green Forest y cuando pedí ovillos adicionales la tintada había cambiado considerablemente impidiendo que terminara uno de los jerseys que estaba tejiendo.

La lana es preciosa, fácil de tejer, una maravilla. Los patrones se entienden muy bien y se siguen sin dificultad. Llevo ańos repitiendo y la casa llena de lanas 😂

Alles perfekt, ganz toller Service, kann ich nur empfehlen! Die Wolle ist von sehr guter Qualität, lässt sich prima verstricken und die Färbung ist einzigartig schön!

Ultimately, We Are Knitters DID take care of my issue and sent me a new order to the correct address. It took some perseverance, but they did make it right. Thank you, We Are Knitters!

I placed an order and LITERALLY 5 seconds later realized that the incorrect address had auto populated in Shopify. I sent an email immediately upon noticing this. After no response for a few hours, I attempted to chat with the bot on the website and it sent an email to the company. The response I received the next day was that orders in an advanced state or after shipping cannot be modified. But I made this request when the order was 5 seconds old, not in an advanced state. I am very disappointed and now cannot get my order.

It’s sad, when you want to buy a pattern and you can‘t get it without yarn. The available colors of the yarn are very limited and the customer service isn’t helpful at all for finding alternatives. Looks very stubborn to me. I thought they want to make money with their business. Not very professional!

Leider sind die schönen Farben immer ausverkauft und wenn man den Kundenservice anfragt, wann sie wieder vorhanden sind, wird man vertröstet. Es kam nie wieder in den Verkauf, das stört mich, diese Unehrlichkeit.
