Seemingly nice but deeply obstructive customer service.

I ordered 2 bamboo soap racks which were very reasonably priced, arrived when indicated and were exactly as described - great!

First time ordering from Wearth London and won’t be the last. They have so many items to help me along on my Less Waste journey. I bought Eco Clothes Wash For Travelling which I took on a recent trip to Marrakesh and they were great, just filled the sink and hand washed and they worked great, will definitely order more for another trip .

What a super company! Easy to use website, prompt and well-packaged delivery; love my hankies, they are made from a good, robust fabric but are incredibly soft and gentle on the nose. So pleased to have these as a great alternative to tissues.

Do not buy anything you may need to return to this company! Appalling customer service. I purchased a pair of Vegan trainers by Rationl through them. I tried one shoe on and it did not fit. Returning them was a very long winded and expensive process- with some strange questions (postage was £13 altogether on top of the £70 for the shoes). After several emails on my part they came back with an email to say the company had sent an image of damage to the shoe- showing they had been worn. It was a small mark under the laces- and must have been there on delivery to me and which I didn’t notice- having only tried one shoe on. I have yet to hear any further - this was over a week ago. They use their status as a marketplace to avoid any responsibility it seems. I am now going to contact Trading Standards to find how to proceed.

Products turned up when they should and were as they should be, what more can I say? Would use again, obviously

Easy to find sustainable products. Great customer service.

Disapointing experience. Product I ordered was out of stock but it took several days after placing the order and paying before I was informed. I was then presented with the option to replace with a like for like product or request a refund. I chose to replace with a 'similar bottle' and was told initially this would be fine then several days later (at this point nearly three weeks from the original order date) that this was not possible either. Ultimately requested a refund, but for a company that claims to make choosing sustainably 'easy', this proved to be a waste of time and I ultimately bought elsewhere.

Still awaiting delivery. Surprised as I ordered this on Wednesday.

Happy with my product. It took a long time to arrive but Wearth dealt with the problem effectively.

Bought as a gift for someone at work who has recently gone vegan fro. Veggie as a thank u lovely gift hope she likes it as much as the vegan brownies fro. U

I love Wearth products, I recently got a sleep balm which is amazing. Quick delivery and eco-friendly, conscious products - what's not to love!
