I am very disappointed with the service. I agreed to change the color of my order to Black specifically because I was promised immediate shipment to avoid a 3-week delay. Instead, due to a technical issue on their end, the order was delayed anyway. Furthermore, when I requested a partial refund as compensation for the inconvenience and broken promise, the customer service refused and only offered a useless discount code for future purchases. Poor communication and unfulfilled promises.

Per questo motivo, sul tappetino lato passeggero non sono previsti i fori di ancoraggio presenti sulla Sua vettura.
