Great Products, but Communication Could Be Better
Overall, we had a good experience with AutoMaked by WeatherTech, although the process took much longer than expected. We had to wait quite a while and send quite a few emails back and forth to get everything sorted, and the communication could definitely have been faster and clearer.
That being said, we are very happy with the products themselves. The quality is excellent, everything arrived as expected, and we are really satisfied with the purchase.
There was also a small issue regarding the 15% refund, which took some time and several messages to resolve, but it was eventually handled and the refund was processed.
Overall, the products are great and the customer service was helpful in the end, but the communication and response times could definitely be improved.

Matériaux de meilleur qualité que les autres pares-soleil du marché et s’adapte parfaitement au véhicule. Le scratch de rangement pourrait être mieux étudié pour éviter d’endommager les tissus des montants de pare-brise.

Long delivery times
They claim delivery in a few business days but it is already weeks and still haven't received. I could understand that it is a rare case but it happened to me the last time too.

Long delievery Time
Unfortunately, this order took a very long time to arrive—nearly two months from the time I placed it until I could collect it at the pickup location. Customer service was, regrettably, not very clear when responding to my delivery inquiries. Each time, their response was simply 'about two weeks,' which then repeated every two weeks until the package was finally shipped from Italy.
