Mature plants in Excellent condition
My second order with Webbs. They are a bit pricey, but the plants I have ordered so have have been of excellent quality. This order was for a campanula and a strawberry plant.
I took off one star as the Campanula was too tall for the box and as a result were sticking out through the handle, so the flower spikes were a bit bent .
I only wish other gardening supplies company sent out the same mature plants.

I sent Webbs an email to complain I also attached pictures of the two and also a picture of what I wanted . They replied they donât stock Edward of Windsor . They couldnât see the difference between the pictures. I shall never order from them again.i have only given them two stars because of the good condition and packaging of the plant I received.

We ordered in store a very expensive bench for delivery, which the staff member had said it will be delivered in a few days? 2 weeks later.
Ok, that's fine no rush..
The bench arrived which my husband took receipt of, he didn't think anything of the packaging.
He was told the cushion seat was on delay, no we weren't told of this, but ok..
I went over to take a look and what i found was awful! How this bench got out the warehouse is beyond me!.
I called spoke to someone named Paul who was very rude not helpful at all, after a strained conversation i just asked for a refund.. He answered if that's what you want then that's up to you..
He wasn't even interested in replacing it..
I then had to email a different dept to ask for it to be picked up and a refund the answer came back with 3 days or more wait..
I called again told them its unacceptable and she reassured me that the courier service will collect AM next day and they will call with the refund..
YES, i'm still waiting!!
Called them to be informed they have to email a different dept to contact me..

I am extremely pleased with every possible aspect of my Online order with Webbs Garden Centre.
1. It was extremely easy to use their online ordering, plus they had both the shrubs I wanted were in stock with good photos and information.
2. Both plants arrived quickly by courier when they were supposed to arrive.
3. They were beautiful healthy plants. The packing for transit was simply excellent, and both plants arrived completely undamaged in superb condition without so much as a leaf broken.
Well done Webbs, you have done extremely well. 10/10 from me.

Do not order online!
I havenât even received the plants yet, and already the experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed a large order for a landscaping project on 20th March, and as of 1st April, it still hasnât arrived.
Before ordering, I requested an estimated delivery date because I was going away on 26th March and needed someone available to receive and plant them if necessary. Getting any information was incredibly difficult. I had to chase multiple times. Eventually, I was told the delivery had been escalated and would definitely arrive on Tuesday 31st. That didnât happen. Instead, I was then told it would arrive âthe next day.â
Since my mum canât stay home indefinitely waiting for a delivery with no confirmed time, I asked them to rearrange for a suitable date. They refused and dispatched the order anyway. Now sheâs forced to rearrange her schedule again and stay home all day with no ETA provided.
Communication has been poor throughout. Iâm currently abroad in a different time zone (8 hours ahead), and although messages are being sent at normal times, it makes coordination more difficult from my side. I had also asked them to contact my mum directly for delivery coordination, but this hasnât been handled effectively.
I also mistakenly purchased a Webbs membership card, thinking Iâd be ordering more plants in the future, but based on this experience, I wonât be using this company again.
Given the service so far, Iâm concerned about the quality of the plants when they eventually arrive. Charging delivery fees for such poor service is unacceptable. I will update this review once I receive the order, especially if the plants arrive in poor condition.
Thankfully, I paid by credit card, so I have the option to pursue a Section 75 claim if necessary, as I currently have very little confidence in their customer service.

He was friendly, professional and would go above and beyond to help. I had 18 large rocks and 16 bags of stones to hand pick and he was patient and helped pick out each one to load onto the trolley. Saturday 14th march 2026
My partner and I visited the store in Cheltenham Gloucestershire
And we were blown away by how friendly the staff were,
A lady and gentleman were superb they had an abundance of knowledge about a new item they were installing in the shop,
So much so we have made a plan to return to purchase soon
And that decision is very reflective on how warm and welcome the staff made us feel
On purpose my partner and I dress down ourselves,
To test how the staff will treat us in a business environment
A lot of businesses have failed us because the staff tend to judge a book by its cover
Well not at webbs in Cheltenham,
They truly saw us as people who mattered and their approach towards us made all of the difference
I wish I would have got there names because those two definitely need promotion, with pay rise, or at the very least have them selves acknowledged for there hard work
The item they were installing was a large item i think they are called pagoda ?
It had lights with a remote control
A roof they can be open or closed and the sides even go up or down
It was metal and wood
And a real show stopper
Even though they were obviously busy working hard
They both still took the time to answer any questions I had and nothing was rushed

We have just returned from Webbs going there to mainly shop at the in store butchers. Once more we left with so many goodies . Iâm a lover of calves liver and I have to say it has to be the best calves liver Iâve ever tasted. There pork chops are also amazing and hands down beat any other supermarket or nearby butchers. Jordon who works there is always so accommodating explaining about all the different cuts and what works best for. He always seems to have time for you and itâs not often these days I feel you can say this about customer service . Some may say itâs expensive but I disagree cus supermarkets seem to go up weekly with there prices. And for me I would rather eat less and it taste amazing than lots and it lack flavour ! My wife and I visited The Enchanted Garden.
Wow ! This was a spectacular walk through Dorothys adventure from Kansas to the kingdom of OZ.
The light presentation is amazing!
You walk from light exhibit to light exhibit as the story of Dorothys journey unfolds.You walk down the yellow brick road to OZ.
This was a adventure not to miss.

Avoid!!
We visited for the Igloo afternoon tea and we were far from impressed.
-We had to wait ages to be seated because they had to find the right person who was dealing with the igloos.
- Food was awful (and many items not as described at the time of booking) and the service poor.
- The sandwiches were all served on white bread (no option was given to select brown, white or mix when booking)
- The scones were dry and hard.
- The cakes were tasteless.
- Whilst the sugar bowl, plates and teapot etc were nice crockery, we were given green, metal mugs (with black rust marks at the bottom) to drink our tea from like we were in the trenches, which seemed rather odd.
- Service was poor - we had to go in to ask for more plates and when they arrived we asked for knives too, which resulted in an eye roll from the waitress.
- The above may have been somewhat forgiveable had it been busy, but out of six pods, ours was the only one occupied from start to finish and even when we left there were no other bookings waiting. Oh, and despite no other bookings after us, we were still told we only had 5 mins left before we needed to vacate.
We will never bother with one of these "experiences" with Webbs again. Extremely disappointing, especially as we had all travelled over an hour to get there for what was meant to be a Christmas treat.

I bought 4 Lumineo Battery lights, which were described as Glass, and when they arrived they were plastic because I was meeting friends to exchange gift. I could not send them back; I had no time to buy more. I phoned Webb to complain that this is false advertising, and they need to change it and sent an email to them, but did not get any response. I phoned a few days later, and they have now changed it. I said I like a partial refund, and once again, nothing. I sent an email this morning, and they offered £4 for the lights that were on for £9.99, so you think they were glass, they were on sale,I bought 4. I see they have taken out that it's a glass ball, but they have not said it is a plastic ball not going to buy from this site again, Alex
they will steal your money
I purchased two items from this company which were shown as being available upon ordering. I then receive an email to say that one of the items was not in stock. I therefore requested a refund for the difference in delivery charges as with one item it would have cost me £2.99 but with two items it cost me £4.95. They refused my request as they said their delivery costs are the same for all products (£4.95) so I sent a screenshot of the £2.99 delivery charge with just one item. They then took a few days to reply after correcting their website and then sent me a screenshot with the £4.95 charge being applied to one product. They scammed me for £1.96 and wouldn't accept my initial screenshot as proof but expect me to accept their screenshot as proof.
EDIT: They refunded the delivery charges eventually and sent me an email requesting I change my review.
Cancelled after 5 days of no communication
Our online order still hadn't dispatched 5 working days after ordering.
I sent two separate emails, which were acknowledged by an autoreply, but nobody ever replied to them.
I eventually called to cancel the order, and received a refund 2 days later. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately cannot redeem this awful customer experience.
They claim all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends). I appreciate that at this time of year this might be a little longer, but 5 working days is unacceptable without notifying customers before purchase to expect such long delays.
The order was for some Christmas decorations, so timely dispatch was essential.
This is the first and last time I place an order with Webbs.
Edit: I did eventually receive a reply to my email today after posting a review - better late than never, but unfortunately does not redeem this bad experience.

On visiting Webbs at Wychbold today our experience started off well. We had an item to return with no complications and then had a walk around the Christmas section. We had breakfast in the restaurant but on paying I called a lady to let her know we were ready to pay. She got her iPad and card reader but putting the card reader down on our table and abruptly tapping it for us to pay with no eye contact. With all the good experience we had had this just cancelled it all out. Also visited the toilet which really does need an up grade a sink out of order and really not the cleanest.
Second hand goods sold as new
spent over £350 in lemax accessories to add to our collection. Did plenty of research and established that Webbs were the best priced online retailer. Planned to spend the day opening and displaying the models, but when we came to open up the packages nearly all of the boxes had been opened already and it became apparent that most of the products were not new and over half did not work. These items were either faulty returns of ex display models. Have sent several emails to the company including videos and requested a swift resolution as obviously these are Christmas display items. Being ignored by the company and now being forced to do a credit card chargeback. Do not order from this company, they have the cheapest prices for a reason.

Visited the Webbs Hygge Igloo on Sunday evening and had a great time. Lovely setting, and the igloo was nice, warm, and cosy. Loved the decorations, wireless speaker, and heater â all added to the experience. Becky, Dawn & Katie were all fantastic, regularly checking in to see if we needed anything. They were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail and customer service really made the evening special. Perfect spot for a unique and relaxing night out. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again!
