Excellent customer service....one of the three roses I ordered didn't arrive with the other two, I rang customer services and spoke to Andy who was more than helpful in sorting out the delay (which I have to say was down to DPD not Webbs)

Webbs of wychbold vile staff!
We took back an item that wasn't working for exchange, due to this being a present we had no receipt but we wasn't looking for a refund.
Webbs, being the only local place for this product refused to exchange and even said thay it could have been bought anywhere at any time, could be an old product that is now broken and refused to exchange, the lady who was serving was very rude and made the accusations in front of other customers!ð¡

Today 7.1.25 we had the pleasure of being served our breakfast by the delightful Ana .She was so friendly and helpful ,making sure we were satisfied with everything.We have been using webbs garden centre for many years ,and we have noticed Ana has always had the customers welfare at heart ,you should be proud you have had her in your employment for 19 years.

I ordered an anti-squirrel cage for a bird feeder and a sack of bird food on December 20th, both of which arrived, very well-packaged, within 24 hours. I was delighted at such prompt delivery so close to Christmas. Both items were the best value I could find online too. Very happy.

Paid £4.95 for delivery, almost a week later it's still not been sent out, apparently it's sat in a pile awaiting a van to collect it and they dont know when that will be which is ridiculous. Would be 1 star but the price was very good, but for Xmas it's not worth it, pay a bit more and get better service.

Last night, I had the best night Iâve had in some time (and it was here in good old Droitwich, Worcestershire, United Kingdom).
Firstly, i would like to mention a special thanks to everyone involved at Webbs for the undoubted vision, effort and determination (five entire months in the making) bringing to 'life' a truly inspiring masterpiece in entertainment).
A special mention must go to a great fella simply called ' Richard', who not only provided a level of customer service to me, but for his hard work, enthusiasm and dedication to providing an OUTSTANDING level of customer service that made my evening.

Disappointed customer
We came today to visit 1st time in years , the shop itself looked beautiful with all Xmas lights etc ,however very disappointed with the restaurant, we waited in a queue for a while ,while people could see lots of empty tables ?? With staff walking around ,we eventually got a table ,service was shocking waited ages ,after we were told we have to wait untill 12-00 untill we could get a childâs sandwich ð food eventually arrived , then again I had to ask where drinks were ,lady went found out came back said sorry you are 4th in line , really disappointed seemed lots of staff but not helping customers ,come on Webbs this part of your business is clearly letting you down

Very let down
We visit Webbs most weeks and always enjoy a coffee or light lunch. Might not be rushing back though. The refurb looks great, but when two elderly ladies ask for a soft seat, in a very quiet cafe on a Thursday morning, you do not expect to be told they are being kept 'in case it gets busy' and shown to the wooden seats. Bad show. Surely a bit of discretion on the part of the staff.

I received the plant I had ordered within 2 days, delivered by DPD.
I was beyond impressed, not only with the fantastic and sturdy box and packaging that the plant arrived in but also how the condition of the plant was well above my expectations. I have ordered plants online before and there is no comparison to this particular order.
My experience of using webbsdirect.co.uk was impressive from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone and I will most definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Just had a full English breakfast , not very hot and finished the breakfast and the coffees still hadnât shown up.
Bromsgrove garden centre does a better full English and costs less.

Fantastic Lunch
Myself and 2 friends had sunday lunch on 8th sept and it was very good. They were short of staff and the cook was not the usual cook. She did a great job an all the staff were very busy and just got on with it. Lunch was very well cooked and the beef was spot on and veg was cooked to my likeing. A big well done to all staff
FABULOUS PLANTS
I am disabled so buy all my plants online. I failed to get all my summer bedding in so I looked around for pot chrysanthemums which will give a good show till the frost. I came across Webbs never used them before and they were offering 1 litre pots 3 for £10 I ordered 12 plus 3 asters and received a good introductory discount. The post is cheaper than others. Well gobsmacked beautiful large plants full of buds all well labelled with the colour. The yellow were really big. Very well packed and every plant was as fresh as can be. Well done Webbs you could teach a lot of other online Nurseries & Centres how to supply a top quality product. I will be back for sure.

Order 1 of 2: Plants were good value, established, well packaged and delivery in less than a week - pretty impressive... The box had been chucked around as plants were on their side (maybe tape the pots round the bottom side if possible), but as they were well taped up, only a few leaves lost - pretty typical for plant delivery. Overall a good experience so far. ;)
Addendum 29/08/24 - Order 2 of 2 arrived, beautiful shrub (I said 'wow' when I opened their box - lovely custom boxes too btw), but the main event (dicksonia antarctica) was sadly disappointing! Although growing, its crown was dead on one side and a bit smaller than a healthy crown of this size, So I repotted (in same pot) adding in some rotted chicken manure and placed it in a humid & shaded greenhouse, before contacting support.
Addendum 03/09/24 - I have been emailing support and sent photos. They have resolved the issue with the fern. Its a fantastic company that gets almost everything right and resolves issues quickly. Well done Webbs. I am impressed ;)
Great customer service
Great customer service. 1 of my Dahlia was out of stock and they contacted me right away. Even though a bit miscommunication as I wanted âcafé au laitâ and they replaced âcafé au lait royalâ but they did write in their reply and I didnât check the email probably.
Quick shipping, the flowers were carefully packed, arrived beautifully. Happy with my order and will definitely buy here again.

Iâve been visiting this garden centre for many years & have seen all the new improved sections added, the restaurant is a lot better now, with plenty of seating areas, great choice of meals, light snacks & freshly baked cakes, the staff are all lovely and go over & above to help you especially âRebeccaâ who has served us many times, always with a smile on her face and really helpful, thank you ð€
Weber BBQ
Had a Weber BBQ delivered, the BBQ instructions included for fitting of an internal shelf; however the part was missing. I contacted Webs only to be told that Weber didnt provided this part on new models.
Whilst the BBQ works I requested a refund or a gesture of good will voucher, but was told neither would be provided. I would not recommend shopping with this company. What about my consumer rights?
