WeGotLights' customer service was top notch! I ordered the Minka-Air Artemis ceiling fan with liquid nickel finish and, let me tell you, this thing is fire! I got it at a great price for $1130. Everywhere else was selling it for as much as $1600. The delivery was fast and the package arrive without damage, in new condition. I had the fan professionaly installed and the fan works flawlessly! Julia was a great help and instrumental in getting me the best deal. I'll definitely be back.

Don’t use this company. Terrible return policy and customer service. I ordered 2 counterstools and they were too big for my space. The said I could return them at my expense only by FedEx or ups. I went to the 2 stores and the shipping cost was 450- each chair. That was almost as much as the cost of the chair. So I wrote them and asked for a return label because they obviously didn’t pay that kind of price to send them to me and then they could take the shipping cost off my return. They said the wouldn’t do that. So basically they really were trying to prevent me from getting my money back. I’m pretty unhappy with the way they do business

Aladdin light lifter house purchased for new build home. The lift came faster than expected. Price was good and delivery came earlier than expected.

Ordered an office chair at what seemed like an excellent price. After about two weeks, I received a phone call stating that the chair they had in their warehouse was damaged. They could have the manufacturer drop-ship it to me, but they would have to charge me the price difference, which was another $100+. Needless to say, I canceled the order. Total bait and switch.

Buy from anywhere else. Their shipping window is ridiculously long and my order shipped late and then they expected me to pay for return shipping. I bought the same light from another online vendor and had it in a couple of days.

Terrible, shady business. The light fixture I ordered was never delivered. They ignored my emails and wouldn't send a replacement. I disputed the charge. My credit card company sided with me. Then two months later, WEGOTLITES charged me again! They ignored my emails again.

Ordered a very large mirror. Looks fantastic! We were assisted by Barbara-Ann who was super helpful during the purchase/delivery process. Highly recommend!

They have the most beautiful quality selection and very reasonable prices. The service is impeccable!!!!

i have bought all my light here , the entire staff goes above and beyond to find the right light fixture to meet any budget , their prices are more than reasonable , you get quality light vs the big box store thst carry junk , my salesperson barbara was excellent ask for her
