I had a mixed experience with the cleaning service. While the cleaner was excellent, the management's communication and approach left much to be desired.
Positives:
The cleaner was outstanding, professional, kind, and honest.

She explained the deep cleaning process clearly and was knowledgeable about the tasks involved.

Negatives:
The management's communication was unprofessional and inconsistent, particularly regarding last-minute changes and pricing.

There were issues with late-night calls, which were inconvenient and disruptive.

Conclusion:
I felt it was unreasonable to shift from a regular clean to a deep clean on short notice, and this led to some dissatisfaction, the manager's inability to effectively manage or problem-solve was disappointing.

An absolutely fantastic and professional service. Great, fast communication, very clear pricing and quick booking. No hesitation in recommending. They found me a lovely cleaner Sharon Bryant, she is trustworthy, friendly, reliable, good cleaner 😊

I would recommend Well Polished without hesitation. They're friendly and efficient, and I can't thank them enough for finding Joanne for us - she's brilliant. Our home looks amazing when she’s finished. She goes above and beyond, and cleans to an exceptional standard.

Well polished provided Jo a cleaner who has now provided services to my elderly father for over a year. She has provided a completely professional cleaning service but what sets her apart is her relationship wth my father who is 88 and has dementia. She would not think twice about popping out to get him some milk or bread and chats to him every time she comes around. She has become one of our most trusted helpers and we really appreciate her services and support.

We have been using Well Polished for a number of years and have always been totally satisfied with the service and standard of our dedicated cleaner , Chloe. She has always been reliable, polite and professional. The managerial side of the company that we have dealt with also, Graham, has always been so helpful too with prompt guidance always . Annie (Sheffield) responded immediately to my enquiry just before Christmas and my parents now have two wonderful cleaners Kanwal and Mary who are doing an amazing job of supporting them whilst my mum recovers from a serious fracture.

They are happy to help in whatever way they can, whether it’s cleaning the hob, ironing, changing beds, sprucing up bathrooms etc.

I am immensely grateful for the professional and timely response from Annie and I know my parents appreciate Kanwal and Mary’s hard work in keeping a large and rambling house spotlessly clean. A big thank you from us all.

After 6 years with WellPolished we're taking a break, having managed to get a bit more on top of our health and disabilities to keep the place to a standard we're happy with on our own.

Throughout those years Jackie and the team at WellPolished have been amazing helping us manage our specific needs stemming from our disabilities and how they impact on having someone coming in to clean.

Everyone we've worked with at WellPolished has been professional, competent and pleasant to have in our home.

Jackie has been professional and courteous dealing with us, and what I imagined were sometimes frustrating request to change dates/times until we managed to find a pattern that fit well around our lives.

From the conversation we've had with the few different cleaners over the years, she's pleasant to work with and I think the lack/limited turn over in people shows that as well.

Hopefully this isn't a goodbye, just a so long for now, as we're looking to move to a larger house soon and could very well need the additional support for keeping it clean again.

Well Polished have repeatedly helped us to find excellent, reliable cleaners - now for over a number of years and our living in two different places in Birmingham and region. Our current cleaner is so helpful - focused, thorough, as well as friendly, and a joy to open the door to when she comes!

I think Rebecca who does my cleaning is fabulous. She’s quick efficient and I feel very safe leaving her with access to my home.

I HAD A DEEP CLEAN THAT WAS ACCOMMODATED AT SHORT NOTICE, WHICH HELPED SO MUCH.
NATASHA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED EVERYTHING ON MY LIST AND STAYED A LITTLE LONGER UNTIL OUR HOME WAS COMPLETELY BLITZED. WHAT I APPRECIATED A LOT WAS THE MINDFULNESS MANDY AND NATASHA HAVE SHOWN ME WITH MY ADDITIONAL NEEDS, WITH THE EXTRA HELP TO CLARIFY MY REQUESTS. VERY KIND WITH THE EXTRA HELP TO EXPLAIN THE PROCESS.
