This was my third time using Leah @ Well Polished and she never disappoints. Big thanks to Suzanne who did the cleaning 🙌. When I came back home, my house was gleaming. She did an amazing job and probably the best cleaner I've had.

All the cleaners I've had have been exceptional, great personalities and extremely trustworthy hence why I leave them to it so to speak.

I highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding service. Contacted the incredible Annie to see about a short notice clean before guests and she sorted everything out with fantastic communication and a personal and friendly style.

Leah and Jodie came to clean yesterday and just the work that they put in - I don't think my house has ever been so clean! It was incredibly hot and they still smashed it! Wish I had before and after for the kitchen floor, as a wheelchair user it gets so grubby and it came up like new.

Thank you to everyone at Well Polished Sheffield for taking such amazing care and delivering an excellent service.

I've been using Well Polished Warrington for over a year and I would highly recommend. Emma the owner is very well organised and makes sure a replacement is provided in the event that our regular cleaner can't make it.

Cleaners come and go, the mark of a service like Well Polished is how quickly they deal with changeover. Alice made sure our service was seamless when one very good cleaner needed to move and couldn’t be with us anymore another was found straight away.

I am very happy with everything - a trustworthy and reliable cleaner, a well organized management and no complacency. Thank you. I'd recommend unreservedly.

What a superb company to deal with, the cleaners are honest, reliable and do a great job throughout the whole house, my house has never been so clean! Everything is managed by the owner who takes care of everything including a follow up call to make sure I’m happy with everything, I’d thoroughly recommend..

So unfortunately gillian my previous cleaner has had some health problems a week ago and ended up in hospital so I got a text yesterday from a young lady called elle to arrange to come this morning to do my cleaning she arrived sharp agreed to the same arrangement as my previous cleaner and was very pleasant company 5* and thank you well polished for sorting it out so quick

I booked an end of tenancy clean, noone showed up the date and time it was booked, got in contact with the company who managed to rearrange it for the next day. I was not informed that I had to provide cleaning equipment for them. I was told that the cleaners would attempt to clean any marks on the walls and they did not. I probably could have done a better job myself. Bit disappointing.

From the word go everyone at the office were so helpful and friendly.and they couldn't have matched me with Juliana any better if they had hand picked her for me-we clicked instantly.She works so hard and cleans my flat perfectly.We have a great routine,and always find something to chat about.

I have been supplied with a lovely lady who works with eagerness to get the job done.She comes on time and will listen to whatever needs attention at the time.thankyou

They were quick to get in touch and place a cleaner after the website contact, and they worked very quickly to arrange a new cleaner within 24 hours to maintain the existing schedule when the initial cleaner left. They are always in contact and seeking feedback to improve their services which is positive!

Excellent service for my elderly parents

My cleaner Rosemarie is brilliant and really reliable. Been a huge help since we moved into a new house with a newborn.

I first met Charlotte, Karen and Nova during an incredibly difficult time. I had always heard how wonderful they were from my late Grandmother, they had always gone above and beyond to help her and look out for her during the last couple of years of her life. When I met them I felt like I had known them for a long time, with their caring personalities and warm hearts, It was like they were a part of the family. Not only did they take the time to visit my Grandmother whilst she was between hospital visits and moving to a care home, Charlotte and Karen joined us at my Grandmother's bedside during her final hours which I was so grateful for. They also did more than I could have ever asked for to help sort through her belongings as we had to vacate her property in a very short space of time. Something which was incredibly difficult to do as a family and they made so much more bearable. The kindness and compassion they showed us, I will never forget. Truly some of the kindest and most wonderful ladies I have ever met and I would highly recommend Wellpolished to anyone. Thank you again for everything you have done for us, you are absolute angels ❤️

We needed help keeping our house clean and tidy. Rebecca has been amazing and works so hard. Would highly recommend.
