Don't use. I bought a cupboard which never got delivered and I never received a refund

Never buy from them anything.
I have paid €177.28 on 31/03/2020 for computer chair.
Never received it as well as refund.

Dopo ordine per un prodotto descritto con disponibilità immediata, a settimane di distanza scrivono che non è più in commercio. Solo dopo numerosi solleciti. Cancello ordine a fine Luglio e a Dicembre ancora non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso. Ho scritto decine di email per riavere i miei soldi, solo risposte di scusa. Andrebbe fatta una class action contro questa società di truffatori.

Wir haben ebenfalls einen Tisch dort bestellt, der dann nicht mehr lieferbar war. Nach der Stornierung folgte jedoch keine Rückerstattung der Kosten wie besprochen. Auch wir werden immer wieder vertröstet...das nun schon seit Monaten.

I ordered bookcases in May of this year before I read all the terrible reviews. So feeling a bit stupid I tried to not think about it for a couple of months. I mailed them at the end of July to see where they were at. They did get back saying they were shipped. They didn't come for another few weeks, so yes it was about three months when they said it would be four weeks max, but they came and they were fine. There's a few knocks of them, little chips but overall am very happy with them. They were really reasonably priced, and yes the tracker thing on their website is nonsense but they arrived and I like them.

I am very unhappy that £120 was taken from my account in June 2020 but no storage cabinet has been received. I asked for a full refund in October, I was told (in Spanish) that I would get a refund within 14 days. No sign of a refund, no more replies from them. My requests are being ignored. Also disappointed that my order was in English but anything I have had from them I have had to translate. I have also had the problem that I can't get an order reference number from them. PLEASE DONT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM.

I ordered a Karcher steam cleaner and i received nothing but promises.
They even issued me a despatch order and said via email the item was on it's way. Still nothing arrived, i requested a refunded and they stopped replying to my email.

I have already written a review from September. I ordered a table that didn't arrive and in my review I highlighted their extremely shoddy service with promises of refunds that did not arrive.

So why am I writing another review? I decided to not waste anymore time with them and request a refund via my credit card bank. They refunded my credit card so all was well. Now Konstillo / Wellindal are challenging the refund saying it was a valid charge. Can you believe the cheek of this organisation?

Thankfully the bank know that I am in the right but they have to go through the process of allowing them to prove their case (which, obviously, they will not be able to do although I will not put it past them to fabricate evidence and try getting my money using that tactic).

This organisation needs to be shut down. But who has the power to do this? As they are based in Spain,my guess is Trading Standards has no jurisdiction.

Commande d'un bureau mi juillet 2020 pour une livraison mi aout 2020. Sans nouvelle et le produit n'étant pas livré, demandes d'information par le biais du site internet Wellindal puis Konstilo : réponses automatiques.
Dimanche dernier, envoi d'un mail au groupe "Nodes Ecom Group" propriétaire de Kontsilo. Réponse dans la soirée de Wellindal et "Nodes Ecom Group" pour initialiser le remboursement. Virement reçu ce jour sur mon compte bancaire.
J'ai trouvé les coordonnées de "Nodes Ecom Group" sur le site web "empresite.eleconomista.es".

Ordered a cabinet from these people las June , they haven’t delivered and refuse to issue refund without IBAN.
Do not trust them they have all the hallmarks of scammers.
Avoid at all costs

Ordered a wardrobe unit in august. After chasing delivery several times I was told they couldn’t supply it so I asked for a refund in September. I am still waiting. They are quick to respond to my emails with excuse after excuse but still no refund. Initiated a chargeback.

Même une étoile n'est pas méritée puisque j'ai effectué une commande d'un bureau qui en fait n'était déjà plus disponible fin août 2020 et depuis, malgré également de nombreuses relances, je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé.

Habe einen Tisch bestellt und die Meldung erhalten das sie ihn doch nicht liefern können. Darauf folgte die Stornierung der Bestellung. Nach wochenlangen hin und her per email hörten wir immer wieder das die Finanz Abteilung sich um die Rückerstattung kümmert was jedoch bis heute nie geschah. Wir warten seit über 4 Monaten auf das Geld und schreiben wöchentlich den Service per E-mail an der uns nur sein Bedauern miteilt und das sie es bearbeiten werden, doch nichts passiert. Selbst beim Fragen nach einer Telefonnummer erhalten wir keinerlei Informationen oder andere Kontaktmöglichkeiten.

Ich kann diesen Shop Absolut nicht empfehlen, wir laufen seit monaten ohne Erfolg unserem Geld hinterher und sind sehr frustriert damit und auch mit dem mangelhaften Service des Unternehmens.

Bonjour, j'ai reçu ma commande du 06/08/20 le 16/10/20. Par contre, elle provient du fournisseur Konstilo. Je pense que Wellindal a été racheté par cette société...Si ça peut aider pour les commandes passées en 2020...

The order never arrived, they promised me a refund, they then changed company name (Konstilo) and they assured me I would get a refund. Still not money and i am 3 months chasing them. Avoid avoid avoid!!
