I am sorry that I did not see these reviews before now.
I ordered a desk in June and was told in July after numerous emails to them that the shipping company had "lost" it. I have been trying to get my money back ever since. I have been told there was a technical problem with their systems and that payments would be made in chronological order, am still waiting. Looks like I will never get my money back judging by other comments.

Empresa enganadora konstilo depois de fazer a transferência deixam de mandar emails depois de responderem a muitos email dizem que vão devolver o dinheiro a partir daí nem se ouve a falar deles
Não entendo como é que deixam empresas destas enganar as pessoas não fui o primeiro não serei o último não comprem nada nesta empresa

Auch wir sind auf die tolle Hochglanz Internetseite hereingefallen! Wir suchten einen pfiffigen Funktionswohnzimmertisch. Wellindal hat da richtig viel Auswahl...
Wir haben den Wohnzimmertisch vor 4,5 Monaten bestellt, das Geld wurde direkt am Bestelltag abgezogen.
Dann verschob sich ein paar mal der Liefertermin, dann ab Oktober nicht mehr Lieferbar. Wir bekamen sogar eine Stornobestätigung und der Betrag sollte innerhalb 14 Tagen zurückgezahlt sein. Von wegen!
Die ersten AW-Emails waren noch auf Deutsch, dann kamen nur noch Englische, dann plötzlich ändert sich der Shop von Wellindal auf Konstilo und die AW-Emails kommen nur noch auf Spanisch.
Das hier Niemand mal von höherer Stelle durchgreift und das Spiel beendet, muss man als Opfer nicht verstehen, oder?

Ordered a desk in August and it arrived broken and bashed in October. I have been trying ever since to get in contact with them but their website no longer exists and the links in the confirmation email take me to a 403 error page.

Tout comme nombre d’entre vous je me suis fait arnaqué. Commande pour 457€ le 01/09. Produit plus en stock, demande de remboursement, promesses et excuses.
Le montant de toutes les arnaques reportées ici doit être impressionnant. Si une action collective peut être menée, j’en suis. Il faut réussir à stopper ces escrocs.

Muy malos. Compre una mesa en marzo que devolví y sigo esperando el abono de 195 euros. No hay forma De contactar con ellos ni por teléfono ya que salta un contestador y por e-mail la respuesta automática que salta es que están trabajando en ello. Son unos timadores y no entiendo como juegan con el dinero de la gente de esta forma

Ho acquistato un armadio a gennaio e purtroppo con il locdown e arrivato a maggio...ero arrabbiatissima vedendo i feedback negativi pero' come potevano pensare che il covid fermasse i tempi di consegna!!!l armadio e arrivato e proprio come in foto!

Llevo esperando desde Febrero que me devuelvan 177€ y no hay forma, cada vez que les escribo me dicen que hay un problema con la plataforma de devoluciones y que están trabajando en ello.
Es realmente increíble que una empresa se pueda quedar tu dinero y ya está, sin más.

Como la mayoria, caí en el error de basarme en el "bonito" diseño de la web, que constaba la direccion fiscal de la empresa + CIF, etc.. para pensar de que eran legales y confiables pero qué va... Igual que los anteriores, tramitas un pedido de un articulo que no tienen en stock pero no es hasta despues de la fecha de la supuesta entrega que te lo informan.. Despues de un intercambio de emails que no llegaron a ninguna parte (solo disculpas y mas disculpas) encontré el num 930155371 en anteriores comentarios y... Eureka!! Llamé esta mañana y conseguí hablar con ellos, se vé que llevan varias webs de venta.

Mi reclamacion era a Konstilo, me pasaron con ellos y hablé con una chica que me gestionó el reembolso que venia reclamando hace algunas semanas (no caí en pedirle el nombre, la estoy muy agradecida, fué muy efectiva). Aunque aun no se ha hecho efectivo, por la tarde ya se reflejaba el ingreso efectuado en la tarjeta...

Estoy contenta con el resultado pero igual les puntúo con una Estrella por la mala gestión inicial por su parte, es una completa lastima tener que llegar hasta este punto cuando lo mas facil seria que desde el principio de la compra fuesen transparentes con la informacion (tema de stock y fechas reales de entrega) lo considero una perdida de tiempo y de un cliente mas que no volverá a pisar su negocio..

Conclusion: Si no quereis dolores de cabeza, mareos y complicaros la vida por una triste mesa (como fué mi caso) no compreis en esta web

Although I paid by debit card my bank has looked into this and today have received a full refund, so it is worth a try going through your own bank.

I do not really know where to start!

I ordered a supposed to be High Gloss sideboard in August 2020.
It took over a month to arrive and when it arrived it was NOT High Gloss and was damaged. This was shipped from Spain, that’s why it took so long to arrive and expect it to be damaged during that transportation.
If I had known this I would not have ordered.
I contacted them via there web page that is not user friendly whatsoever! Took a long time to contact them and I only had two weeks from delivery.

I eventually found out how to complete this and asked for an exchange. Once I did I was contacted via e-mail stating i was told I could NOT have an exchange I could only have damage allowance of 30% off!!! This is not consumers rights at all. I had no option but to accept. They were not allowing a replacement. Two months later and NO REFUND!! All I get is our management are sorting out refunds. They reply in Spanish !! It’s a total scam as others have said. I’ve learnt to look at reviews before I order anything!!
