Jâai commandé un meuble télé le 28 juillet 2020, le paiement a été débitée le même jour et le la livraison était pour le 4 ou le 5 août 2020. Le 31 aout, le meuble nâa pas été livré et pas dâinfos de la part du vendeur. Apres avoir fait un mail, on mâannonce que le meuble il ne lâont pas.
Donc, Wellindal a pris le paiement en sachant quâils nâont pas le meuble. (une escroquerie et du vol !!!!).Jâai demandé le remboursement immédiatement aprÚs avoir eu le retour de wellindal qui me dit que « Nous sommes au regret de vous informer que le produit Lintu Meuble TV 2 portes Lintu n'est pas disponible »
Apres, on mâannonce que je serai rembourser sous 14 jours. Et depuis le 31 août je nâai toujours pas reçu mon remboursement.

I ordered here some furniture and then later they wrote me an email that there is no stock of all items which I ordered. And asked if I wanted anything else but similar or to refund the whole amount. I sent back that I want a full refund to my credit card. And never got money back!!! I wrote them several times, they said they will check, and I never heard from them again! At last they wrote me, problem solved. This site is rogue! Donât order anything!!
By all means order from them if you feel like throwing money away...
I rarely leave negative reviews but this company make my blood boil! They are a total scam and need to be investigated, I'm honestly not sure how they're still allowed to 'trade' (in other words take people's money without delivering anything).
We ordered a desk in June, the day after it was meant to be delivered we still hadn't had a dispatch notice so I contacted them, they palmed me off for about a month but I wanted the desk so stuck with it. Then I finally got a dispatch email with a tracking number - I tracked daily and could see that it *apparently* arrived in the UK only to be taken back to Spain immediately. When I complained they said they'd refund me - I've been waiting months for this refund and I've completely given up hope as they never respond. Luckily it's on credit card so we're working on a chargeback.
Anyone who works for this company needs to seriously consider their own morality. Total con artists. Do not order from them.

Everybody on this site are not wrong.....The worst company I have dealt with EVER! Ordered a desk in July, nothing arrived, chased with the courier company who said they donât work with Wellindal anymore (I wonder why?). Have been emailing every week for 3 months, they only seem to get picked up by a robot called Jessica who can only send a standard response of âthe finance department are dealing with thingsâ. I canât get to speak to a manager so Iâm off to harass the CEO on LinkedIn. Trading standards needs to close this establishment down. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Commande faite et payée mi-juillet, nous sommes le 16 octobre et toujours rien reçu. AprÚs m'avoir fait poireauté 2 mois on m'explique qu'il y a un probleme fournisseur et on me demande de se rabattre sur un des produits disponibles...
En bref c'est un site d'amateurs qui vendent des produits qu'ils n'ont pas en stock et sont incapables de répondre clairement aux réponses des clients.

Cut a long story short...ordered a storage unit. Didn't turn up they promised me a refund 14 days! Of course didn't get it. Back and forward with emails. Nothing same response and lies.

I bought a couple of high chairs on the 9th July. My order wasn't delivered ,after few emails they agreed for refund within 14 days the max. No sign. I have contacted them again after two month and received reply in spanish. I have translated and was promised I will receive my money when it is my turn as I am on the waiting list with others to receive refund. It's three month now. Paid over £100 and delivery...so sad ,still want my money back.
