Je suis dans le même cas. Jâai demandé un remboursement dâune commande annulée le 25 août que je nâai toujours pas obtenu!
Depuis, je relance tous les 15 jours et nâobtiens que des réponses automatiques mâindiquant que la demande a été transmise au service financier! Ce qui bien sûr est un mensonge!

Cant even give a one star rating. I never received my order from July 2020 a desk which I paid £90 for. Have emailed probably 15 times only to receive an automated email and still no refund. Absolutely disgusting. Do not order from this company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a desk in June and it arrived 7 weeks later on 14th August and was damaged. There was a big crack right through the centre and chips taken out of the corners. It looked as if the desk was at least 2 years old. I emailed Wellindal advising of the issue and they offered a 40% refund on 15th August. I decided to take the 40% refund as I would have to cover the cost of returning the item so I thought this would work out easier. I was wrong. I have been continuously emailing the company and have received a response on 03/09 advising that their finance department was working on processing my refund. When I received no refund I followed up again and was told they could not locate my order. I replied attaching my order confirmation, email confirming compensation and the email confirming that it was with their finance department, only to receive another email stating that it was with their finance department on 16th September. To date I have not received this refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Quality is appalling and even worse is their customer service.

Oh god! I wish Iâd read the reviews before I ordered! Ordered some shelves back in August, they never showed up, so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Iâve spent two months trying to get refunded and so far, no luck. Avoid this company at all costs!

You know the story by now.....so, I took the advice and contacted Jordi Marron on LinkedIn. It took 3 reminders to him, about 10 chaser emails to the accounts team and I had to provide my IBAN/account details before, finally and happily I got an exact refund. This is not a scam just an horrendous business overlayed with a flashy website.

Compré una mesa a finales de mayo, que nunca llegó, asà como la devolución y, salvo las respuestas robotizadas, no he sabido nada más de ellos. Además, son tan listos que no dejan pruebas de compra para dificultar la reclamación.

No product no refund like so many others
No comfort in finding out I am not alone in my experience of being taken by this company. Contacted Jordi Marion through LinkedIn as many others have but as with the customer service department many promises with no delivery or refund. How a company can trade like this when they seem to be taking money for no service is beyond me. Hopefully at least anyone reading these reviews should be prevented from loosing any money like so many others.

Wellindal / Konstilo = thieving scamming...
I became suspicious within a matter of days when my order was still pending, although the money had been taken from my card - I chased and within a few days it had left Barcelona..........and then returned!
Wellindal (now Konstilo) told me that it was due to the UK refusing shipments from Spain because of the COVID situation and that a full refund would be received within a matter of days. That was back in June - Iâve chased on a number of occasions with lots of apologies, but thatâs about it. From what I can tell from reading other experiences, itâs the same old promises they give to all of their âcustomersâ aka victims!
Normally Iâm pretty careful when purchasing online but for the first time, I got scammed.
