Like everybody else looking for a dental procedure abroad, I was dubious, with there being so many companies offering the same thing, I was worried about the quality of work I would receive, especially as I'm from the uk, so going back to have any work re-done wouldn't be an option.
Reading through all the amazing reviews Wester Health had, I messaged them on whatsapp, my request for information was answered quickly by Gemma, who provided me with everything I wanted to know, price's, timescale etc. We messaged for a couple of day's and I decided Western Health would be the place for me.
I've always had a phobia of dentist's, bad. So doing this was a big thing for me. Anyway, turned out to be as good as all the reviews said it was, actually better.
Just before flying out, ilayda Caner contacted me explaining she would be my personal representative throughout my stay.
I was picked up at the airport by one of their drivers, who was waiting outside my arrival terminal, I was allocated the Izmir Palas Hotel, which is a 4* with Breakfast included, which turned out to be a lovely hotel. All the while ilayda had told me to message her at any time with any questions I had or any help I needed while I were there, offering to help with any other arrangements including transport around the city, places to eat & drink while we were over there. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her, so friendly & helpful, making my daughter and myself feel so welcome.
I was picked up from our hotel for every appointment I needed to attend at the clinic by iLayda in a taxi which are all paid for by the company, after the appointments ilayda would then take us to places we needed to go, by taxi again before dropping us back off at our hotel.
This was an amazing experience which was made so much nicer knowing we had ilayda at the other end of the phone all the way through.
I had 22 Zirconium Crowns fitted, and the preparation work was PAINLESS !!! I did not feel a single bit of pain all the way through, NOTHING.
My new teeth look amazing, honestly I am so glad I went through with this, through Western Health-Turkey, I definitely chose the right company for the work.
If you are in any doubt about getting dental work done in Izmir, you really do need to consider this company, their communication, Professionalism, and prices are, IMO, the best available, and I cannot thank my Personal Rep, ilayda Caner enough for making our stay & my whole experience such an enjoyable one.

The two ladys i delt with were 100%,ii had chosen these because there was no pressure put on me, thay answered all my questions and left my alone until i done my research,,,, i paid for me and my girlfriends flights, so you can bring a partner or friend at no extra cost, the clinic is 100% the people are amazing,, no pain at all on my work,,, 6hrs in the chair,,, day of then back again,, the worst part for me was the fitment gets a little sore, come away smiling,, my girlfriend had her teeth cleaned and whitened and some chips sorted,,, highly recommended these people,,, all are love and big thanks,, chris from Portsmouth and from hannah aldershot. ♥️♥️♥️

Very professional team ,I was there for my wife treatment and everything was smoothly thanks to Ilayda everything was perfectly planned and she help us with other support,big big thank you for everything.

I highly recommend Western Health clinic I had my teeth done last week had very little pain at all ! The whole team were very professional the staff couldn’t do enough to help me and i am over the moon with my whole experience not a bad thing I could say about about it. The dentist herself went above and beyond as i booked in for composite veneers and changed my mind to E-Max Veneers crowns bridges and fillings
Llayda was absolutely brilliant she was on the other end of the phone and with me all the way throughout my dental treatment what a beautiful lady she was amazing . I highly recommend this company from start to finish they are incredible

What a wonderful experience from being greeted from the airport. My wonderful host ilayda was just amazing she was by my side for everything even taking me out in the day n eveing showing me the sights and lively restaurants. ilayda goes above and beyond her job for you. Highly recommend this company. And the denist was lovely puts you at ease no pain. And my hollywood smile amazing. Thank you all for an amazing experience specially my host ilayda. Xx

I recently went to izmir to have dental treatment which was arranged by my consultant from western health my whole experience was impeccable from start to finish and I would recommend the company to anyone

Had the lovely ilayda as my consultant, she was very transparent and helpful. She was always a text away. I had a gastric botox procedure via endoscopy, i had some concerns after the procedure and she made sure i was seen by the surgeon to address these concerns. Have already started recommending this company to friends and family. Pick up and transfers were on time, lovely hotel accommodation.

Llayda was my go between for the treatment and was faultless but all those involved were exceptional very professional I had all my teeth done all within a week so Happy to get ny smile back. All in all I would recommend using this company to everyone.

Well what can I say ... I don't have enough words of praise for the. Western Health team , from my very first telephone call .. to the end product I was put at ease , and needless to say so happy with my teeth .... but it wasn't only the teeth I was happy with but with an amazing girl called Lladia who went over and beyond with her hospitality, what a wonderful person , so so helpful in every way , even getting me medication when I fell ill ...checking on me and making sure I was ok .... I will definitely be recommending Western Health to friends and Family ...,and telling them all about lladia x

I am absolutely 💯 over the moon 🌙 with my Hollywood smile.. I am someone who is nervous of the dentist. My teeth were not feeling or looking good at all.. was so hard to get into a dentist here in the u.k.. so thought that's it I am gonna do this.. I found western health turkey 🇹🇷 from fb.. I have been texting with Tugce from day one and she helped me get everything sorted for me.. Tugce if you read this I cannot thank you enough.. you really put me at ease.. The whole team were very nice and professionally and friendly.. also ilayda came and met me from my hotel for appointments.. even holding my hand on the first day 🤣 thank you for that! I just want to ever reads this.. I am so glad I took chance todo this.. I feel happy at last and am not afraid to laugh or smile 😊

After months of researching and liaising with Western Health, I, thankfully, made my choice to have my teeth done with them.

I can honestly say, from the moment the first message sent, until the end of my trip and treatment, their customer service was absolutely on point.

The team at the dental practice are all amazing. I was made to feel so welcome and relaxed as soon as I entered the clinic.

The clinic itself was immaculately clean. The treatment rooms played relaxing videos and music to help you relax more.

The treatment itself was, by far, the best thing I have done.
Visit 1: work is carried out on your teeth and you are measured for teeth and a temporary smile is fitted.
Visit 2: you see your new teeth in place. Now, this part is where I was blown away, on receiving the new teeth and thinking how perfect they were, the dentist didn’t think they were perfect so he sent them back for minor adjustments.
Visit 3: new teeth in place with after care given.

What made my visit incredible was the rep allocated to me, ~Ilayda Caner.
This girl has the most amazing knowledge of your treatment plan and the country in general.
She arranged everything, the accommodation at Ege Palace, the transfers to and from airport and all of your dental appointments.
Every day she contacts you whilst you are there to ensure you are keeping ok and are comfortable enough in the hotel.
~Ilayda also went above and beyond to organise other excursions out with my dental work.
Her English is fantastic and her rapport with the dental team is so encouraging.
She is the friendliest, most caring and beautiful person I have come across.
This girl deserves a medal, she is an absolute star.

Please do not doubt booking with this company and if you do please ask for ~Ilayda as she is honestly amazing to deal with.

I am already looking at what else I should have done to return next year.

Thanks again team, you have made me so happy and my confidence is back again

I couldn't belive my eyes when i saw my result for the first time! I honestly wasn't expecting this The shape, color everything about my teeth are perfect! Had my teeth renewed with cubic zirconia crowns, burak looked after me though out the week .
Everything went smoothly
The staff at the dentist are very professional, and it's very high tech.
I absolutely recommend that you have your teeth done with them
