Not only did the coordinator efficiently book all necessary appointments, aligning them with my availability and the surgeons' schedules, but they also took the additional step of creating a comprehensive list of items I should bring with me. This thoughtful gesture alleviated a significant amount of pre-surgery stress, ensuring that I was as prepared as possible for the day of the procedure.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Moreover, the coordinator's consideration extended to providing me with a detailed breakdown of the weather forecast for the days I would be in town for the surgery. Beautiful hospital,very clean and comfortable. The staff were all super friendly. I had nose surgery, Dr Damla was my surgeon. Very happy with my results, 1 month after my opp and can see a huge difference in my face. Super happy thanks.

Ata has been a god send! Completely and throughly supportive throughout the whole process, always answering any questions or queries I’ve had. Always reassured me whenever I’ve suffered with anxiety! Ceyhun is my Co coordinator , i have read a lot of good reviews about him and he has been recommended by a close Frend so I decided to choose him as my Co ordinator , he is very kind and helpful and understanding and gives me a alot of information and reassurance that I am going with the best hospital for my upcoming gastric sleeve , so far ceyhun has made a smooth process and I will keep you all updated about my overall experience after my gastric sleeve surgery in upcoming month

Ata has been my coordinator throughout the booking process, he's been nothing short of amazing! I've fired questions at him and he's not once made me feel as though any are silly questions, even though they probably were! He responds within minutes and is so friendly with it. My booking experience was so easy and the young man Ata who helped me was fantastic he helped me with booking my flights and made me feel confident that I will be in safe hands sent me everything I need to know so I didn't feel nervous about the whole process as I will be travelling alone

I had chosen to go with BNC as my husband and sister-in-law had the same surgery 2 years ago with the same health care provider, same coordinator and same surgeon and he’s had absolutely no issues so we had full faith in them. My coordinator Ceyhun is absolutely amazing we had gone through everything I needed to know before I even booked (although I had previous knowledge of what it entailed) there was absolutely no issue with me taking my husband and my step daughter with me they provided a room suitable for us all even their food ( healthy Turkish food obviously) was provided for my 2 companions 3 times a day free. As for the surgery itself 1st I had all the tests done in another hospital and they covered everything thoroughly even picked up I had type 2 diabetes onset and I had gallstones which I had the choice to have removed under the same surgery (I opted not to as they weren’t causing me any pain) then we went to the hospital to be prepared for surgery the staff although spoke little English were friendly and supportive, I underwent an endoscopy before the surgery which I was under anesthetic for, around an hour later I had my surgery this was around 7:30pm their time my surgeon Dr Arslan was absolutely amazing ! I came back from surgery at around 9pm and I was in pain (I thought what have i done to myself ) but by 11:30pm the same night I was up and walking around and apart from a few gas pains and feeling slightly nauseous I felt so much better already, the next 2 days I was obviously sleeping on and off in between walking around the hospital. My surgeon and Ceyhun checked on me quite a few times to see everything was ok and the staff were helpful although their English was limited ( even got me a fan as it was 40 degrees and my aircon wasn’t the best), on day 3 I had my drainage tube out and I was dreading it! The doctor was brilliant he was patient and let me prepare myself a nurse held my hand and kept me calm I was told to just take a deep breath in which I did, one sharp pain and it was all over!. The nutritionist explained everything about how I needed to eat after and foods to avoid she made sure I understood everything before I left the hospital I was given multi vitamins, stomach liners, blood thinner injections and a box of protein drinks to take home with me, I needed extra medication though because of the gallstones and the type 2 diabetes which I did have to pay extra for ( but I had taken extra money just incase something cropped up). The hotel we went back to once I was discharged was absolutely beautiful it had a kitchen so I could prepare my liquid diet and my companions could eat without having to look for restaurants or takeaway constantly ( shops close by ) and was very clean I couldn’t fault it. I had the operation on the 11th and by the 14th was walking around Izmir pain free doing around 8000 steps no problem ( far more than I could do before the sleeve ). When ready to go home our transfers were on time and very friendly and helpful. Overall I couldn’t fault the experience in anyway and if you asked would I go and get surgery with BNC again I would reply definitely! 22lbs down in under a month ( couldn’t do this on my own dieting) walking over 10,000 steps a day, I would recommend BNC to anyone and would definitely recommend Ceyhun and Dr Arslan every time.
