i had been walking by the wandsworth showroom and saw a wallpaper used for a display that knocked me out, and went in and spoke with Jane Doney who explained it's a specific type of wallpaper for bathrooms and whilst more of an investment than the tiles i was thinking, it was the absolute right investment, and now that it is on my walls, the raves that friends and guests give was well worth the investment. Jane was on point with every step of the procedure from measurements to layout. big fan of w1b and Jane especially!

Iâve been buying from West One in Battersea since I moved to the area in 2011. Iâve remodelled three bathrooms in my house with their help and have recommended them to many friends in the area and some further afield and all have been delighted.
I would like to give a special mention to Andy Reynolds who has been amazing every time. Andy has always been very helpful going the extra mile and giving advice and amazing customer service and has helped me plan each room.
Even years after purchasing, he has been fast and efficient in helping me source replacement parts. The level of aftercare is pretty much unheard of in todayâs retail stores. I just had to source an obscure part for an 8 year old shower cabinet and this was all sorted within 24 hours of enquiry. Amazing.
The showroom itself is stunning and really lifts the location. I feel honoured to have it at the end of our road.
If we move, I will still be buying from Andy and I will make sure that I continue to recommend him and the branch!
