Susan is an experienced, efficient professional with a wide range of ideas who knew how to provide the right input whilst remaining respectful of my budget for the project. The team also put me in touch with a very high quality and experienced builder to implement the project. I would definitely use WestOne for any future projects

Robert at Oxshott was very knowledgeable and offered different options on products to suit my budget.
He has plenty of experience on piecing together the items and is happy to research products for you.

Katie was immensely helpful with the redesign of our Cloakroom and En-Suite shower room. Her idea's were spot on and we are very happy with the final results. Throughout the process Katie was able to respond swiftly to any of our questions and resolve any potential delays.

Big thanks to Amandeep. Travelled from Australia originally to buy Thomas Crapper toilet and accessories. Got these as well as some stunning Swadling gear for the bathroom. Initially spoke to Amandeep on the phone then met in the showroom. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the selection of items. No push and very patient as I texted and called my wife in Australia to discuss various options. Will certainly contact Amandeep again if we need any more bathroom/toilet gear.

Tiago Vitor was absolutely superb with the service he provided us. He was charming helpful and went the extra mile to find us the right products at the right price. He managed the delivery and invoicing most efficiently. On the day of installation he responded immediately when we thought we needed a particular part.
