We have worked with Kirsten of West One on many projects, she has always been attentive and helped with the granular detail. West One are a great to deal with at all levels from concept though to completion.

Her knowledge of different bathroom products is comprehensive and she has a flair for design which helps guide your choices without being overbearing. We are repeat customers and always use Louise’s design service, which says it all.

Alberto at West One Bathrooms in Clerkenwell has been nothing short of amazing. We worked through our design ideas together and he suggested stunning sanitaryware for our home renovation project. We are now the proud owners of a East meets West bathroom featuring marble floors, brass taps and a wooden Japanese tub and a Barbican inspired dark shower room with a concrete basin and unlacquered brass. I needed 4 items for my new bathroom. I was totally new to this and didn't really know where to start but once I came across West One Bathrooms in Battersea I was looked after so well. Lily and, later, Elaine were able to give me such good advice. They sourced items from different suppliers and helped me choose quality items. The mirrored cabinet, the basin and matching 2-door unit and slimline radiator all arrived on my chosen delivery date and are absolutely wonderful pieces which give a luxury look to my bathroom. I can't thank Lily, in particular, and Elaine too, for all their patience, kindness, advice and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

5* for Gary at the Warehouse. He took over sorting my order and his customer service was fab. I changed my mind about collecting my order and paid the delivery charge instead because I felt chided and put off by one of his colleagues. The issue was that I did not respond to her email within less than 12 hrs even though I'd arranged via Josie to collect. THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY BUT PLEASE NOTE I HAD THE ORDER DELIVERED. I DID NOT COLLECT.

Mark at West One Battersea has been amazing from day one. He has been a pleasure to deal with, super helpful, enthusiastic, nothing is too much trouble and he has an incredible amount of product knowledge and helped me design 5 bathrooms from start to finish. I could not have done it without him, he has been so patient and thoughtful despite the many tweaks to the design. I would thoroughly recommend West One!

I highly recommend West One Bathrooms in Battersea. I got help for the design of our bathroom from Lily Dragan. I can not recommend her highly enough. Now the project has finished the overall look of the bathroom has exceeded my expectations. All the goods were delivered on time. I can also say that their after sale customer service is amazing too. I needed help with an extra item and Lily was more than happy to get back to me and help me to obtain the product.

Ordered a basin from them that was listed as ready for delivery in 5-10 days. After eight days, I got in touch to find out when delivery might be. It was only at this point I was told it was out of stock and it would take an extra three weeks. Incredibly inconvenient and delayed my bathroom project.

I wouldn't have minded if they'd contacted me to tell me about the delay, rather than me having to contact them for an update.

It then took almost a month for them to process my refund, which is absolutely ridiculous. A very poor customer experience and I'll never shop with them again.

Very helpful in making sure my order included everything needed for my project. Some hicups but the team was responsive and sorted everything. Much appreciated.

West One Bathrooms were Initially very helpful but now two months after paying for the order I’m still missing a shower. Have been given a number of delivery dates for this over the last two months, but it still hasn’t arrived. Has caused us major inconvenience at home.
