I worked with Kirsten Wain on my bathroom design and cannot recommend her highly enough. Her design was beautiful and she provided excellent advice and assistance throughout the design and construction phases. I's so pleased with the final result. It exceeds all my expectations. It genuinely makes me feel happy every time I walk into the bathroom (even 5 months after it was completed)

It is my pleasure to express our love for the products we purchased from the London Store. Was just passing through the street where the West One store in London 2 years before our house in Cyprus completed renovation. Purchased all bathroom sinks on the spot. The attention and service I received was very professional and the assistance I received from Ms. Ella was so helpful. Moreover, the quality and style of the sinks are so good. Thank u so much for the care and all the help. All products were shipped and received as expected.

I would like to commend Amandeep for his professional conduct in his dealing with my wife and myself when we purchased bathroom items for our renovation for a period of over six months. He was very helpful in his advice and recommendations on our choices. This minimized the mistakes that could have occurred during our project. Anytime we called him he was always willing to help and put us at ease. His interaction with us was first class.We couldn’t have asked for a better sales person.

We worked with Alberto at the Clerkenwell showroom to design our bathroom for our new loft conversion. He was very patient with us as we tried to work out exactly what we wanted, and gave us lots of good suggestions. He also helped make sure everything came in on budget. We are really happy with the final result and would absolutely recommend West One Bathrooms.

We decided to redo our downstairs shower room in our Georgian townhouse and West One Bathrooms came highly recommended. Alberto in the Clerkenwell branch was a joy to work with. We went into the shop with a pretty fixed (and dull!) view of what we wanted and came out with a far more ambitious and creative design. Being an old, listed building, there were quite a few redesigns that needed to happen as we discovered lots of unpleasant surprises as our builder pulled back the layers. But Alberto remained patient and courteous throughout. His creative eye was incredibly valuable. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending West One Bathrooms

Bought a shower cartridge for £436 then noticed it’s not the right one returned the same day. After a month later and 20 calls they managed to refund me. They also deduct £110 for restocking!! Disgusting service.. wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Mark at the Wansdworth Branch has been so very helpful in helping me find suitable products and confirming suitability.
Highly recommended!

Beautiful Chelsea showroom and excellent service. Will definitely use them again.

I have used Amadeep Ladhar at the Battersea show room and he was fantastic. Very knowledgable and helped me in detail with my bathrooms. I have used them several times and always very happy. He resolved a specific issue we had with design of radiators and found us the perfect match. My experience with West One bathrooms was FANTASTIC! From their service to their selection and prices. I did several bathrooms and my kitchen taps with them. It was all great quality. Yessica Villar from the Kings Road Chelsea location is incredibly knowledgeable. She extremely professional and so helpful. I would have been lost without her. I could not recommend them enough.

We went to West One Bathrooms Battersea for a full bathroom renovation and Deep was incredibly helpful. He helped us select all our fittings, provided advice, was very quick to turnaround any questions we had and was on hand throughout. I would definitely recommend Deep (and have even sent family members his way!). A very high level of customer service and a great showroom in Battersea!

Very disappointing experience in Battersea showroom this morning.
Wanted to buy a couple of the clearance sets for our new build . Asked a question about what was included in the price of one. Salesman asked us to wait whilst he finished working on something . He eventually came over and said he had just answered phone ( instead of coming back to serve us) and had just sold the set we were waiting to buy. But it was first come first served so tough luck . Better customer service would have been for him to attend to us as promised .. so the 10k we were planning to spend will now be spent at CP Hart where they know how to treat and serve waiting customers

Posted in October 23 re. a leaking shower installed late 2019 before lockdown. Action was taken - repairers from door company (showerlab) sent - changed seal - couldn’t change direction of door opening (to inward) as hinges supplied in wrong colour. Leaking again and now awaiting action. Nearly 4 years - would be good to have a shower without a leak. Helpful staff but not seeing any real action, just want this sorted please

I ordered a bath and the pictures on the website showed the plug and waste system fitted in the bath so I believed they were included but these parts were not provided.

The person I spoke to about this said the photo was not relevant and they don't have to provide what's in the picture or explain in the listing if something included in the photo is not provided.

He seemed to think it should be obvious to me that these items were not included but as a customer if you see something in the pictures then it is logical to assume it is included unless it states otherwise.

Had we know that critical parts were not included then we could have factored this into our decision at the start rather than having to go over budget buying them afterwards.

Lily at West One Battersea was wonderful from start to finish - especially as, apart from my initial in-store meeting with her, everything was handled long distance! She is knowledgeable, responsive and extremely helpful and even with a last minute tile problem was able to resolve it in less than 12 hours! We are delighted with the look of our new bathroom and the quality of the fixtures and fittings so much so that our daughter is now hoping to work with Lily to renovate the bathrooms in her new home.

Dealing with Tiago was such a help. He provided solutions to our requirements at every stage and was wonderfully helpful.

Great experience with West One. Lily was very helpful in the design process and put us in touch with a great installer. A very good experience from start to finish.
