Great selection - and prompt efficient delivery

Someone answered the phone and was very helpful, organising timely dispatch after giving us concise product advice.

I bought a TOTO RW Washlet toilet and the wall mount cistern for it from West One Bathrooms online. Before I did, I called to confirm if I would receive it before the install date that I had schedule. They assured me I would receive it before then, so I went ahead and purchased it. The price was competitive and the checkout process was simple.

On the day of delivery, they accidentally delivered to my billing address which is currently different than the delivery address. Apparently, they are trying out a new system and it made a mistake. I couldn't afford to have it redelivered at another time due to a tight installation schedule for the toilet so called them. They quickly realized their mistake and were able to get it delivered to the proper location on the same day.

The delivery driver helped me bring the Toilet and parts up to my flat which was not on the ground floor. He was friendly and very helpful.

I recommend West One Bathrooms Online for competitive prices, good service, and the ability to quickly resolve mistakes.

Ordered online after a visit to the Tunbridge Wells showroom and several helpful conversations over the phone. They gave me design advice and helped me choose pieces based on availability and price. Customer service is superb. I would highly recommend.

Contacted the company and was required to order online. Made the order but a slight delay, rang customer services and quality Robe hooks were delivered the next day. Super service.

They were excellent - very helpful and friendly and managed to source the sink and recommended a better tap. They took time to have my items personally delivered by a member of the team to ensure I had it for the contractor. How is that for service? AMAZING. This was the first time we became clients of West One Bathrooms (having previously been clients of CP Hart) and we would highly recommend this company. We were a bit nervous buying online without going into a showroom but our experience was great from initial contact to delivery. Our online sales representative John Hunt was expertly knowledgeable, generous with his time and advice, courteous and always available at the end of the phone line even though we were initially buying only a few items. An authoritative person answering the phone (and dealing with that same expert person throughout) is unique in this day and age when buying goods online. We had a small issue with one of the WCs we had bought and Mr Hunt dealt with it efficiently offering an exchange with no fuss at all, that is when you find out about a company and their treatment of clients when an issue arises. It was a pleasure dealing with him and we are now returning as repeat clients for bathroom renovation purchases thanks to WOB’s great after sales care and amazing selection of products and brands.
