Good quality product, poor customer service

Amazing service, followed on my order as they realised I ordered the wrong product. Promo delivery - fantastic and will order from them again.

Very helpful online advice as to which products suited my requirement with links to order. Order was very straightforward and delivery was on time.

Still awaiting a refund for missing parts to toilet cistern, very poor communication and follow up even after speaking on the phone.

A company I would use again. Smooth ordering and given updates when parts ordered were delivered. Highly recommended and quality parts at good prices. Hermes could learn something from this company. Thanks

Great product choice, easy ordering, and because I live near one of the team I even got a personalised delivery! They even phoned me to check that was ok. Highly recommended and I would certainly shop from West One Bathrooms again.

Edit: the reply from the company is noted and refuted. The timeline on the website when I ordered was two weeks, it took two months. And doing “above and beyond” was “would you like a discount on more products”. I see so many companies writing these replies and trying to make it sound like the customer has been unreasonably demanding. This is simply not the case and, for me, only further proves their lack of willingness to take responsibility.

Original review: We ordered a bath screen for our bathroom renovation well in advance of our fitting date and heard nothing. After chasing I was told it would be here, late, after the date I was told I would expect it. It didn't arrive that week. Or the next. When it eventually did come into stock, on a Wednesday I believe, I was told they couldn't get it delivered until the Monday. So we went to collect it, so that we could get the bathroom finished. Almost a two hour round trip. When we opened it, turns out it was the wrong screen. About a month later the replacement comes in and they tell me it will be out for delivery. Delivery driver arrives, I check it, wrong screen again. Two screens sent back. Later that week (and now we are two months after ordering) the correct screen comes in, but they can't get it on a truck (again!), so we again, drive over to get it (another two hours on the road). During this process I asked what compensation I would get for all the problems and was told they would talk to me about it when is was resolved. When I emailed them I was basically told nothing, they would do nothing. I was given many excuses about the supply chain and human error but was not offered anything. So they lost nothing. Yet I lost time, money, and it was a lot of stress to be honest. No offer of payment for petrol, wasting our time, nothing. I felt very very let down.

I so wanted to be able to write a good review here but I am afraid I just can't. While the problems with my order were partly West One's fault, and partly the manufacturer, they took zero responsibility. They were polite thoughout, the product is great. But weren't willing to do anything. I won't use them again.

i found west one to have a brilliant and easy to use website, then followed up with a phonecall which was really helpful, friendly and professional.

i must have tried 6 or more different companies and west one were far and away the nicest and best to deal with.

i wholeheartedly recommend them.

Excellent service from a serious and mature company, really care about delivering to the highest standards, not just getting paid!

It is not very often that I leave feedback, mainly due to companies delivering a poor service or an adequate service. West One Bathrooms delivered an over and above service, firstly by price matching the item I was buying and secondly managing to deliver on the promised date, something the other suppliers would not guarantee. A friendly sales person who returned my query when promised. I would definitely use West One again.

Initial experience was good. Then got an email to say that original radiator ordered was in fact not in stock. Then there were delays in the shower tray being available which pushed back the install. Then they said the shower screen was awaiting raw materials at the manufacturer. Asked when this would be available they simply said they didnt know. So all the project managing to get a smooth install and we've a completely open-ended wait on our hands. This is 6 1/2 weeks after placing the order. Just cant see this is ok. 1000% would not have made this order if they said items were not instock or on pre-order.
