A first class auction site. Easy to use and great customer service. Have bought and sold with them for many years with great success. If there has been any issues they're sorted quickly. I would highly recommend them.

They don't keep their promises at all, they are only want money. They ar also the most expensive commissions and the worst services among auction sites in UK.I will never bid whisky here！NEVER！！！！！！！！

Found whisky online auctions on a Google search while trying to find the valuation of a 1920s bottle of whisky.
The service they provided was exceptional and their knowledge of whisky unbelievable.
The bottle sold on there web site for a fantastic price , would highly recommend to anyone.

I cannot fault Whisk-Online Auctions. They collected my bottles from home after removing them from my attic. They were well protected in various cardboard boxes with separators. The auction itself surprised me too as I found that most of the activity occured over the last few hours and the outcome was almost the reverse of my expectations. The company were also most prompt in their forwarding the result of the auction to my account.

Great, very easy

Our whiskey was collected form home and auctioned promptly. We were pleased to see that the auctioned value was very close to the Whiskey Online valuation and our account was credited very soon after the auction took place.
Overall we were very pleased with the experience especially as we could monitor progress of the auction in real time.

From the initial call to the collection and then auction the whole process was seamless, there is nothing these guys don’t know about whisky and crucially, selling bottles from your collection.
Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Amazing service from Whisky-OnlineAuctions from start to finish. From pickup right through to auction they were great. I was kept fully up to date on what was happening and was very pleased with the outcome. Being able to see the lots during the auction was exiting, I loved every minute of it. I would highly recommend using this company and will definitely do so in the future. Genuinely fantastic business run by good honest knowledgeable people.

This is a family run company that offers a personalised service which far exceeded my expectations. Wayne, his father and Kara advised on the whole process on selling my bottle of rare whisky, from valuation to how to package for the courier to payment. They offered a generous direct purchase which I accepted; they were not 'pushy' in any way - simply professional and friendly. Everything was done in a timely manner and the supporting emails and telephone calls were incredibly helpful and reassuring. I've been bidding on WOA auctions for more than 5 years now. They have always been very service minded, going the extra way to make sure any loot arrives safely, whether shipping to friends in the UK or directly to Norway. Packaging is also very sturdy.

Such an easy stress free way to sell your whiskey. And I received well over the evaluation price. They sent a courier to come and collect the whiskey from my house. I was kept up to date throughout the process, could easily view the online bidding and was paid long before the due date. The commission and charges were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend their services.

Always great service, used the auction multiple times now and sold with good prices. Bottles collected ready for the next auction.

System failure in last 10 minutes of auction. They extended the auction by a day, causing customers to lose lots they should have won. Email responses by company were unapologetic and arrogant.
