My first time renting a room share and the process was very easy. Jasmine was really wonderful and her communication skills were a 10/10. The room was greatly priced and the house was very clean and well kept when first viewing. Overall a great and seamless process and I would recommend them to anyone looking to move!

Very friendly staff, a relaxing atmosphere and the food is excellent and reasonably priced. The home made pies are particularly wonderful, and the best chips in London.
I would recommend this pub to anyone who wants a good meal in friendly relaxing surroundings.

The process from beginning to end was flawless! I was moved into my new room within a week due to how attentive Kevin was during the initial stages. The most impressive part of my experience was the quality of communication from him. Emails were answered clearly and promptly which made my move a lot less stressful!

Finally, I would like to commend the quality of the properties and the prices there're advertised at. Considering the current situation in the UK, I feel the prices are very reasonable for what you get. Therefore, I would recommend this agency to anyone who is seeking a quality, hassle free experience when looking for their next room.

Was able to move in really quickly and the referencing process was also very quick and easy. Minus a star because there was confusion over trying to rent a room in a different house which led to it being taken, but they were very helpful in then offering me other rooms close by and their houses are all done to the same great standard so it didn’t matter at all.

Kevin and the team were fantastic. Easily contactable with queries ahead of my rent contract commencing and incredibly efficient. Within days I had viewed the property, processed all the paperwork and moved in. Couldn't have been slicker.

Having used Whitehorse for a number of years, I am also the Landlord of the below property relating to Mike's negative review. We take great pride in providing professional lettings to reliable Tenants. We also take pride in going an extra step, such as by providing Tenants with a cleaner on a goodwill basis. This is not a contractual nor legal requirement, just something we provide, out of our own pocket, as a gesture (since most tenancy agreements require tenants to maintain the property). Sadly, due to the recent squeeze on costs, our cleaning supplier went out of business in September 2022. We immediately worked to source a new one, who will start on 1st November (at a much increased cost), less than two months after we lost our previous cleaning supplier. So Mike's claim that this property has not been cleaned in 6 months is not just an exaggeration but a slanderous lie. This is the first time we were made aware of Mike's dissatisfaction, and we're naturally disappointed to have not had the chance to resolve amicably before false claims being made in a public forum (for which we will reserve our rights). Nonetheless, since we prefer to attract understanding and reasonable tenants, we hereby accept Mike's written notice and wish him the best. Thank you to Whitehorse Team for the ongoing support at all of our properties.

Honestly, I would give 0 stars if it was an option. From even before I had been given the keys, the customer service had been poor.

The property is spacious with good enough utilities provided, however White Horse are clearly unable to manage the properties they have with customer satisfaction.

I've been living here 3 months now, and they still haven't provided a cleaner. 3 months prior to me moving in, there wasn't a cleaner either. The fact that this was promised, and then later told "This is not part of your contract" seems like they know what they are doing when it comes to ripping off the tenants. It has become so unhygienic and isn't what 6 busy professionals signed up for when they moved in.

If there is an issue, it requires multiple chases, as more often than not they just ignore you. - I could go on and list the issues but there's too many to count at this point.

If you're a landlord that is looking to save as much money as possible and rip off your tenants and do not care about the upkeep of your property, then White Horse is a great option for you.

If you want consistent tenants and take pride in being a respectable landlord, then I advise not choosing them.

I can confirm that I will never be renting a property or room from managed by White Horse ever again. When my 6 month contract is up I will be moving straight out and will not stay here a second longer. I can only see things getting worse from here on out.

Basically, it is really worth staying with the White Horse team, especially Jasmine. She is a very well person, helpful and reliable. Nice experience.

Super easy move-in experience, quickly sorted with a group chat to report to with any issues or updates in terms of maintaining the house / garden.

This team is amazing. Such prompt communication on spareroom and really quick on WhatsApp too. Jasmine was so lovely and helpful in showing me the house.
Moving in was so stemless and nice to have housemates who are similar in age.

I have moved houses quite a few times and I have not experienced such seamless experience. Everything was planned out well. It is like living in a home but that has all service of a hotel. Loved it. Strongly recommend.
They are always available over WhatsApp to handle any issue.

White horse team especially Jasmine have been excellent with helping me with my move. I have been informed throughout and she has made moving in to my new rental a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Very helpful, great communication

Dean, Kevin and Jasmin are great. Always available on WhatsApp or the phone and have supported me with finding tenants for both my properties on two occasions over the last 3 years. Would highly recommend!
