Would highly recommend white horse properties to anyone!

I'm an incoming tenant, and so far, my onboarding experience with White Horse PC has been fantastic. Prompt replies to any queries I had, flexible yet punctual viewing of the property, transparent about their policies, and very supportive for any concerns I had!

Really nice house and friendly helpful team.
Would gladly rent with them in the future.

What an amazing service. Was recommended White Horse by a friend and so far so happy with the team with Dean in particular. Always so ready to help and so polite . I really appreciate everything.

Just recently moved in to my new home with white horse, the white horse team and especially Dean with his updates and personal service we have been Sublime I couldn’t be happier.

Lived in one of their properties for almost 2 years - the property was great with all the facilities you need (large TV in kitchen, washer, drier, iron etc), room was spacious, and we made the most of the large garden.

Poor management of cleaners and plumber - shower leaked multiple times (I assume it was the same issue so plumber didn’t know what they were doing), each time it took several weeks for plumber to turn up leaving 4 people to share one shower. Cleaners turned up unannounced and refused to clean house even though we agreed a set day with agency which they didn’t keep to - this happened repeatedly.

Poor customer service from Dean - he entered the property unannounced on several occasions and refused to give 24 hours notice even though by law the landlord must give 24 hours notice before entering unless it is an emergency which was not given as a reason for entry. He also rudely interrupted and hung up on me on the phone when I was asking questions regarding the broken shower which I guess they didn’t have the answers to so preferred to ignore me - not exactly the correct way to treat a customer.

Overall 2/5 experience, property was great but the customer service I was shocked at even for a property consultancy was poor.

So supportive and helpful with everything, very fast replies.
Informed my budget and the area I was looking for and got my new home sent to me within 10 minutes

Excellent communication, great service

The process was very fast and smooth as well as been there when needing help or have any questions. Very good customer service. Overall very pleased with the house & company so far.

The process was really smooth, the team were always on hand to answer any queries and as a first time renter after university, I’m super happy I picked to rent from this company. Georgie in particular was really helpful.

As a first time renter out of university, white horse has given me a great and easy experience. They have been super easy to get hold of and very helpful with anything asked of them. The main contact I had with the company was through Georgie who was very patient with all the questions I had for her about the property and other things. Georgie also really sold the property to us and made sure that everything would be as easy as possible for first time renters.
Before coming to white horse other letting agents really let me down and didn’t show that they had the time for me - would recommend to speak with these guys if looking to rent.

Whole process was very smooth, their team were super helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

Dean dealt with my issues and concerns and was very easy to contact and stress free.

The agents were very helpful and supportive.

I have lived with white horse property for the last one year and I have enjoyed my stay. It was an amazing experience and the team was really helpful. I never experienced any issues and if there were any, the team is so amazing that they would sort it out as quickly as possible. This amazing team has always been there to support me and they were really flexible when I moved out. For a peaceful and wonderful experience, I would highly recommend white horse property.

I moved into the house in June 2020 just after lockdown restrictions were lifting. The team were very prompt and responsive, almost 2 years later I am sad to say goodbye to a wonderful room in a lovely house. The team have been very accommodating and helpful throughout my time at the property.
