Very helpful and did more than what was expected

I have just finished a year and a half stay in a property with WHPC. The room was very reasonably priced and modern with great amenities. They were always helpfull and checked the property regularly (always giving sufficient notice as well !). We had a nightmare with one of the other tenants and they dealt with it as fast as they could lawfully. However a bit more discretion I think was needed in that case but in fairness it was a very difficult situation. It was a great experience overall, if I ever move to the area again I would be happy to rent from them a second time.

From the beginning, everyone has been warm and welcoming. The team is always organised and resourceful and treat the occupants with the utmost respect. Professionalism and courteousness are not uncommon amongst the WHPC team and it shows.

I have just moved into my new home in Bracknell, and I must say I’m so happy with the agent and especially the service that I have received from Georgie. Great communication with a personal touch, I totally would recommend Whitehorse to anyone that’s looking to rent a room in Bracknell.

My experience with White Horse has been somewhat poor, the communication between customer and agent is extremely poor. The moment I first contacted White Horse to book a viewing with Georgie I found myself continually chasing her for follow-ups regarding contract and moving date, this became so bad that I ended up having to deal with Dean and Kevin due to Georgie’s shortcomings. Upon actually moving into the property I had noticed that there was moisture damage to the walls within my room which occurred a few weeks prior which I was not informed of, furthermore the Internet has been very patchy and we have been left without heating/hot water for over 24 hours. After only being moved in just over a week I would give White Horse 2/5 stars, I have completely lost confidence in this company and I’m sure over time they will most likely disappoint further.

The White Horse team were very good in the moving in process as it was a smooth transition and the room was in a good condition when I arrived. I had gone through the whole process online and there were no issues whatsoever. Georgie was also very helpful when I needed to move out as well, by looking at alternatives for my problem. I would also like to thank Dean for helping out with any queries I had and he made sure to get back to me as fast as possible. Overall, I would recommend White Horse to anyone who is looking a trusty and fast process.

Recently moved into another property managed by White Horse PC. The service has been very good and prompt. I was checked in by Georgie, who was very helpful and friendly. The household recently had a plumbing issue and Dean was very quick to respond. Absolutely great service from the team!

An update on my review: After living in the property for over a year, I must say the agency disappointed a lot. Very poor customer service, rude management unable to deal with any of our issues promptly, only after numerous reminders. I wouldn’t recommend them for potential tenants at all. Glad to have moved out (same as majority of my housemates).

Moving in was really smooth, team was very helpful when I asked to move in ASAP, they managed to get everything sorted super quick. As someone mentioned before background check was a bit too much, I never experienced so many information needed, however, team was understanding about it and check was done quickly in the end. I’m sure they’ll carry on with providing great service!

Nicely decroated room, kitchen and bathroom. All necessary stuff is available in the house. Estate agents very good and reliable.

Good service, and nice property

Happy with my room, quality of the property overall is pretty good housemates are also all lovely - feel lucky to have a good bunch.

As a household we’ve had a number of issues with the finishing touches like not having wardrobes, TVs, blinds, bathroom mirror, cleaner, gardener etc some of which took a couple of weeks to sort and some have taken over a month to be organised. There is very little courtesy when entering the property because they will just turn up unannounced - I work from home and a couple of my housemates here work night shifts and the whitehouse team have walked into their room whilst they’ve been still in bed and not let us know they were coming round. There has also been no apology or any attempt to make up for messing our house about which is a shame - even after all of this I asked for 3 pictures to be hung in my room by the guy installing the blinds and that was denied by them which seems a bit petty tbh.

Nothing groundbreaking in all honesty just a little frustrating.

Not bad overall, if you see a room you like they’ll do the job.
