Good looking and tight
The glasses look great started delaminating. I made a complaint and got a new pair. They look really good and feel really snug.

Really well thought and distinct design.
Fast shipping with safe packing. The sunglasses arrived in excellent condition. The Captivate Polarized lens is astonishing. The quality of the pair is exceptional and the metal bracket apart from distinctive feels more sturdy. Personally I would prefer if the lenses stood closer to my face contour, but this is just a personal preference (I am more accustomed to the feel of the Saber and the Vapor) but the side-guards really compliment the protection sensation from the wind and sand. Really well thought and distinct design.

They are great protection eyewear glasses. Very robust and the three sets of lenses are great for different lighting.

Lack of Professionalism
Unfortunately for me I had to order additional lenses, which I needed urgently, I could not clearly select the UPS Express option and as such awaited a response from an email I sent requesting assistance. After 3 emails to 2 different email addresses and no response, on the 3rd day I called the help centre, a polite gentlemen answered and assured me it would be addressed, it was. The next day (day 4) I received an email from a lady associated to 1 of the addresses I emailed before (whom I have been in contact with before as I am a repeat customer). She did not acknowledge my email at all, nor did she fill out the proposed order/quotation with the two items I had requested just the 1. Now it is day 5 and I would have been better off doing the standard delivery as I would potentially have the product in hand and it would have been cheaper too!
Great product no doubt, however, for a ¨premium product¨ one expects ´premium service´

my issued service model ROGUE performs…
my issued service model ROGUE performs really well with the elastic headband and can take some beatings going through brush - my complaints are a tendency to fog glasses (some vents along the ridge would have been cool) and as I wear inserts they are pretty tight to eyes and sweat smears glasses - and the (hard) nose bridge could be more formable/softer - but they are good
