Product itself is fine. The service at The Range Southend however is absolutely shocking! Never enough staff on the tills, & all my recent click & collect orders have been terrible service - the staff seem totally disinterested, show no urgency or responsibility, one staff member seemed perfectly content to completely ignore the fact I was there waiting for my order (she was made aware by a colleague) & continued to pack up a box instead at the customer service desk. No apology for the delay. Nothing. Today there was a huge queue at the customer service desk as it was the only till open, so I was ignored at the click & collect desk, I enquired with a staff member who told me to join the regular (very long queue). A staff member called all available staff to tills over the tannoy TWICE, when they did arrive they were only calling forward customers who were paying by card. The customer service till then welcomed a customer ahead of me by saying ‘you’ll have to wait now I’m closing down, my shift is over’. Really rude! Eventually one of the till staff put out a tannoy call for click & collect. Reluctant to order again, do better!

I ordered online and had a little hick up with my order and the online support team were amazing! They went above and beyond and got the issue sorted so quickly.

Easy to order and see what is in stock. Also easy to choose a store for click and collect.

The address is not correct. Should have said that the collection point is inside The Range. I spent the best part of half an hour trying to find the bloody place. Will not be using your company again.

Simple collection helpful staff

One of the worst customer care experiences I have ever experienced
Ordered nearly £1000 of furniture, gave email addresses and mobile number, received nothing..
Delivery day comes and nothing arrives..
Contact the company and ask for update 'told we dont have a clue' its a supplier..
By the way we cant speak to you as the customer because of GDPR..
Staff continue to be rude, dismissing my pleas for a delivery update
Nearly a week later, no updates, no text messages, nothing
Asked for small consideration to cover the inconvenience of missed delivery dates and the fact that furniture has been reduced on their website - told to 'get stuffed'
App has no order tracking and website tracking doesn't work!
Company has taken our money, closed our query and washed its hands of us
Never buy anything from these people!

First time ordering online from them love the store next day delivery and cheap

Ordered paint in the evening and it was ready for collection first thing in the morning. Great service

Very disappointed with the collection of my order.It takes too long for someone to find my order. The Enfield store looks like a jumble sale. There are no prices on products.

The instrunctions were terrible, I ended up driving for two hours back and forth between wilko Yardley, Coventry Road, Birmingham, B26 1AD and wilko Collection birmingham kingsbury-road/49. The website tells you to go to Yardley shop, which locals told me does not like xist anymore and the email tells me to go to Birmingham collection point, which there are two of and neither are in Yardley.
Staff in wilko Collection birmingham kingsbury-road told me to drive back to Yardley and go to Tesco instead, where I found the collection point and picked up the packet just before closing time.
What should've taken half an hour ended up taking around two hours. Please make the instrunctions in the "ready for collection" email more clear, providing full address with details, such as it's inside Tesco ...

Viewed a product on line, store had 7 in stock, travelled 15 miles to store but the product was NOT in stock. Ordered “click and collect”, informed that product would be available on 06/03/26, but didn’t receive email to say was available until 07/03. Travelled 15 miles only to find the WRONG product was reserved. It appears that 2 entirely different products have the same code!!! So 60 miles of wasted travel time and petrol. No receipt given for refund. And then received an email saying “thanks for collecting your order, hope you loved it”, but no email to say I have a refund. All in all a very very poor service.

Placed a order for next day delivery and 4 days later still no delivery!!
Customer service agents are slow and information is so hard to get an answer when it will be delivered. Today I have been told another 48 business hours they may have an answer. Dreadful service

The second kady who helped me in store was helpful the signal in the store is SHOCKING. Ihad to go in and out of the store and stand by the window to try and download the QR code to collect my ordered eventually the second lady helped me and managed to locate my ordered using just the number i had on one of the emails. Disappointed you dont have wifi

It’s exactly what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price

Ordered two grey box files. Was given pink. Only one of them has a working closing mechanism. A waste of my time to go and collect. Poor.
