Very poor customer service. Product arrived, but is damaged, presumably in transit. I sent a complaint and photos the same afternoon, and am still waiting for a proposed resolution days later.... ãã£ãšèŠã

The wood is very badly cut. The finished product after being assembled looks very poor. The wood over hangs in some places and gaps in other places.
Very disappointed with our purchase. I certainly would not recommend this product to anyone.

Very poor experience promised discounts online but this didnt work and on discussing with customer service one agreed but didnt provide the discount and another refused to provide anything and refused to raise complaint
Confusion
The Message telling me order ready for collection said my order was at Wilkos, Exeter when in fact it was at The Range, Exeter . After many attempts I managed to speak to someone at Wilkos Exeter (nobody answered the phone at The Range)and was told my order wasn't at Wilkos Exeter so eventually collected the order from The Range, Exeter

VERY POOR SERVICE
When got there to collect was told one spray had missing lid. When I actually got home and opened the sealed packet they had taken the lid off the good botle and placed it on the other bottle which was leaking terribly and only half of the contents was available plus the bag was absolutely soaked in the insect repellent. Will never order again for collection from The Range

Terrible Customer Service
I used to love shopping at Wilkos and even âwilkinsonsâ but Iâve just had a terrible experience and I have to share it because Iâm so infuriated.
Wilko cancelled my click & collect order (9 items, all shown as in stock). I was told my refund would be issued within 3â5 working days. Seven working days later, nothing had been processed.
When I contacted customer care, I was told the refund had been processed previously â which turned out to be untrue. Only after chasing again did the refund finally get issued but had to wait another 3-5 days!
I also lost a £5 app discount because Wilko cancelled the order, and customer service refused to honour it on my next purchase.
When I tried to escalate the complaint, I was told there is âno escalation point beyond this departmentâ, despite the same email stating that âHigher Management may reâevaluate decisionsâ.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences Iâve had with Wilko. Delays, misinformation, and no clear complaints process. Very disappointing for a longâstanding customer. What makes it even worse is that this all stemmed from them cancelling my order, and then their errors on top of poor customer service - I had not contributed to this in anyway whatsoever and they are refusing to even acknowledge my complaint. A total shambles.
Donât refund your money
Made a purchase in January and the parcel was lost by Evri. I requested a refund of the item and was told that this was processed on 20th January. As of today 12th March, no refund has been received. Iâve been told by Christian to speak to my bank which I did and they confirmed no refund. I sent a photo of this conversation. He has no replied saying that theyâve done their part and will now close my ticket so Iâm left without a refund of £50. Absolutely disgusting customer service from Wilko. I will never shop with them again and raise a complaint with trading standards.
Update- what an incompetent customer service this company has. I am still fighting to get my refund after nearly 3 months. They keep telling me to go back to payment provider which I have sent them proof that I havenât received refund. They have given me conflicting information time and time again. Absolute shambles. Will never use again and will make sure family and friends also donât!

Poor customer service
I tried to cancel an online order a few minutes after placing it as I realised it wouldn't arrive in time. I received a reply saying it would be cancelled and I would receive a refund. I heard nothing further, then the parcel turned up a few days later. Very frustrating having to pay postage for something I thought had been cancelled. I will also have to pay return postage if I want to return it as there is no store nearby. I won't be buying anything from them again.

Really disappointed with my click and collect experience. Staff member had to go upstairs to get my order which was âready.â But the bigger issue was that the item was not at all like the picture. I bought a bird feeder and the picture showed solid sides with perches. In reality the sides were mesh with no perches. Will need to make another journey to return it.

Usually the order arrives undamaged but today one item was faulty. I completed a form and immediately got a response that my details didn`t match up! I always ensure my banking details are correct but I use my abbreviated name elsewhere.
I have asked them several times to stop this stupid behaviour as the payments are always correct and they ignore me.

Easy ordering & collection of paint. Guud
It was so easy to do, fast and efficient. Product was ordered, payed for & collected within the hour. Got notification just after I ordered paint that it was ready for collection. Picked up within minutes at the store. Great service.

1 person on till, which was the customer service till, so serving and dealing with returns, enquiries ect, queue building up, no call for more staff to come to tills. I am very disappointed in the store as a whole, although it has the Wilkinson name it is nothing like the old Wilkinson, shelves half empty, waiting weeks for products to be restocked, and never any staff on the shopfloor to help assist the customers, have to walk around the whole store to find someone. Very poor store.
