Avoid dealing with this business at all costs!
Delay in order arriving as it is apparent this business, despite suggesting otherwise, has no UK footprint and ships direct from China.
The quality of the two pairs of cargo shorts were woeful. The material and colour bared no resemblance as to what I ordered with the sizing (Large) being akin to children's sizing.
However, the worst part as to this business is attempting to obtain a refund. Contrary to their advertisement of a 30 day full refund they will obfuscate in honoring this pledge, as other reviewers have stated, by offering escalating partial refunds with you keeping the product and deterring you from sending the products back by highlighting $30 return shipping costs per item.
Having been insistent that I wish for a refund they have now gone cold on me.

Do not use! Ordered a £29.95 blouse which was awful quality and nothing like what was pictured on the website. Emailed them to return the item. They offered 20% refund or 100% store credit to which I declined asking for a returns label and full refund. They advised they can do 30% refund or I can return the item but there would be a £30-£50 charge and I had to complete a form before they would give me a return address. I again declined asking for a full refund and stated that on the website it says 30 day money back guarantee. I contacted my bank to complete a charge back and have received my money back. I just had to provide evidence.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with .The item was far too large so asked for instructions to return as per website. They offered alternative item but I requested return & refund .I have had no reply following several emails from me .I'm at a loss now !!!!

I placed a joint order for myself and my wife which saved us paying for separate delivery. Her dress and my shirts all arrived together after 10 days. Everything was folded properly and the sizes were close to what we expected. It made online shopping feel far less troublesome than usual.

Appalling Company, they are a total con and I cant believe companies like this are allowed to trade, the clothes are awful quality, and enormous and they won't let you return them despite saying they will if you contact them then they want to charge huge amounts to do so. Total Con do not buy from them they are basically stealing your money.

How can this company exist and rip off so many people . I was done caught off guard .
Delivery was 17 days and communication was through 14 prompt emails. Photo shows cotton good quality shorts .

My experience with Wilson & Carter has been extremely disappointing.

I received a product that did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and fit, so I decided to exercise my right to return it. On their website, they advertise “Easy Returns” and a “hassle-free return policy,” which gives the impression that the return process is simple and straightforward. However, only after requesting a return was I informed that I would have to ship the item to an international warehouse overseas at my own expense, with shipping costs estimated at $40–$50 or even more, in addition to possible customs delays and other complications.

This information is not clearly disclosed in their return policy. The policy simply states that “the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs,” but it does not specify that the return must be sent overseas at such a significant cost, making it impractical and, in many cases, more expensive than it is worth.

Instead of allowing me to return the item for a full refund, I was offered only two alternatives: receive a replacement item or accept a 15% partial refund while keeping the product. In my opinion, this is not a fair solution when a customer simply wants to return an item and receive the full refund promised under the return policy.

I feel that the information presented on the website is misleading because it promotes an easy and hassle-free return process while failing to clearly disclose the actual costs and difficulties involved.

For this reason, I will never purchase from this company again, and I encourage anyone considering buying from them to read the return policy very carefully and be aware of the potential costs and complications if they need to return an item.

I hope the company will revise its return policy to make it fully transparent by clearly stating, before purchase, where returned items must be shipped and what customers can realistically expect to pay for return shipping.

If I could rate zero I would. What an awful experience this has been. Items arrived damp and smelly as the inner bag was wet. The quality of the items is appalling- cheap and nasty and nothing like the photos. A long drawn out process to try and return goods for a full refund which ended in a 40% refund only. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Please DO NOT BUY from this website. I bought two dresses from this company and, unfortunately, I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering. The website looks professional, and the dresses in the photos looked beautiful. As I'm tall, I specifically chose a floor-length dress, and the style and material looked excellent in the pictures.
When my order finally arrived after nearly 20 days, I was extremely disappointed. The quality was nothing like advertised. The material was very cheap, making TEMU and Shein look expensive by comparison. The dress was also far too small and nowhere near floor length. Instead, it only came to my knees.
The experience got even worse when I tried to return the items. There is no working returns link on the website, despite them saying returns are accepted. I have emailed them several times, but they have completely ignored me.
Overall, this has been a terrible shopping experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I strongly recommend that people avoid buying anything from this company. They are not even based in the UK, despite the website giving that impression.

The item is nothing like what I ordered, cheap inferior material. The finish is terrible. offered me 15% back which i refused this has now raised to 20% or 100%credit note to shop on their site. I have no intention in accepting thus offer will go to consumer advice asking for trading standards to investigate, THIS WAS LISTED AS London site (it is not)Unfortunately I did not read other reviews before ordering from this company

Words cannot describe the absolute cheap and nasty fabrics used in the 6 items I have received. No consistency in the sizing and appalling finishing.
The only thing worse than the clothes is the circus of emails you are put through when you ask to return the items…. A total farce under the banner of “ support”..
No one would wear the rubbish I am left with and having been totally worn down by the nonsense offers of 10% then 20% .. I accepted 30%.. but I am so angry that they are getting away with taking money from trusting people and getting away with it..SCAMMERS…. AVOID!

Absolute rubbish goods, bad quality and not as advertised as a LONDON company. I too should have read the reviews before purchasing. Not an easy process to return and costs much much more than the price of the goods and of the standard postage.
Please stay away from this company………

Would give no stars is that was available. Chinese company masquerading as British selling the cheapest polyester tat in hideous colours that do not resemble their adverts. In view of what others say about the returns procedure I shall cut my losses and try to give my dress to a charity shop although I doubt if they will accept it - it is worthless.

The products 2 linen dresses are absolute rubbish, not linen , not right size,I'm just trying to get a refund. The advertising images show a high end business based in London, its not i checked on companies house website not known a full blown con do not buy from these dishonest people, I'm going to raise this issue with my bank. The don't deserve 1 star

Tried to return an item (poor quality material and craftsmanship). Advised would need to ship to China at a cost of $30-50. Very misleading that they are called Wilson&Carter London. Does not mention this anywhere on their website. I would give zero stars if I could. Trading Standards will not get involved as they are based outside the UK and therefore not subject to UK laws. AVOID

Utterly appalling. Take weeks to process an order but can't possibly cancel the order a week before it's been dispatched and the customer service agents just ignore what you're saying to them and repeat the same rubbish over and over again.

This is a company you should avoid. I should have read the reviews on Trust Pilot before I ordered their men's shorts.They arrived after 3 weeks and are very poor quality This company does not exist in London but in Asia. It is my belief Willow and Carter is operated by the same guy who owns Picadex. Check out the Govt website on these company's. Picadex has no warehouse in Birmingham at the address given as I checked on Google maps. Both these company's contravene UK trading standards and should be struck off. Do not be fooled by their well put together web sites

One of the worst experience. Item has been returned back to the seller as necmver collected. I haven't got any refund after my parcel has been lost on the way back. Company asked me to contact the delivery company despite they could do it themselves, initially, lying that they couldn't

This clothing website is dishonest.. the garments I received today are of appalling quality. I paid a decent amount for 3 items.. each are badly made out of synthetic materials and not worth £10 collectively!!! They are impossible to wear and impossible to sell on. I have an address in China to send the goods back but I’m not hopeful for the full refund they promise. Please DO NOT buy from this overseas website you will be absolutely gutted and frustrated if you get caught in their scam!!!! Unfortunately I made the mistake of reading these reviews after I placed my order. I can’t warn you enough!!!!
