Placed the order, paid for it, and guess what? it was delivered on time. Can't comment on the wine as it was a gift, but judging by the service, it will be good.

Great and immediate response to my order.

New and Better
Wine direct has been taken over by professionals! After waiting 14 months for my order (which had been placed with the old company who ghosted me) it finally arrived yesterday. The company is trying really hard to make good on the previous companies failings and so far their customer service has been wonderful. Monta reached out and made sure my order was fulfilled and everyone was happy. I would 100% use this company again. Hooray for new ownership!

Great company
After the second delivery from Wine Direct I can say the great service and reliability has wiped away the bad experience I had with Wine Sussex. A totally different company, set up and attitude. Warmly can recommend them. Yes I was also apprehensive but I will use them going forward - thumbs up !

I contacted them about an unfulfilled order from November 2023, and received an immediate reply from Monta, explaining they are a completely different company to the one who traded under the Winedirect domain name in 2023.
Although there is no legal obligation the new Winedirect have honoured and delivered that order as a goodwill
gesture. What more could anyone want? Thank you, and good luck to your venture
