Nice selection of wines, very fast delivery. The reason i given 4 stars is because even that you spent a lot you need to pay for delivery.

As a small family run business, our bargaining power with couriers is not as great as other larger merchants. We do review our contracts with all suppliers on regular basis to keep costs and therefore prices for customers as low as possible.

Great Experience
Had had trouble locating the wine that my daughter loves but Wine Direct came up trumps. My only (small) gripe is the shipping cost which bumped up the price of the wine somewhat. Other than that great service, goods were packed brilliantly (I work in packaging so I know) and arrived in good time

New owners. Incredible customer service now.
About a year ago I made a purchase for a present. The wine never turned up. Recently I found out it didn't arrive, when I got in touch with the company and explained they said the owners had switched earlier in 2024, and whilst they were sorry they couldn't offer me a refund as a result, they were more than happy to send out a replacement bottle which was exactly what I wanted.
