I have reached out to the company at least 10 times to change my address and have gotten no response. Phone lines havenât even worked. Nobody responds to my online inquiries. I am so appalled at the lack of customer service I would do any other company for a wine delivery other than this one. Iâve used multiple others and had FAR better experiences. I havenât received my boxes in two months.
My order just sat there with no attention to processing it
On 5/31 I ordered wine for a 6/19 surprise birthday gift. After 13 days, I received no notice of a shipment and my credit card showed no charge. On 6/13 I contacted customer service asking if the order had shipped. On 6/14 I received a call saying the order had not shipped because they were "in transition" (whatever that means) and it probably would ship some time next week. I did see, however, that my credit card was charged on 6/13, the same day I called customer service. Seems to me that my 5/31 order just sat there until I made the inquiry. So much for the surprise 6/19 birthday gift! (Just to be fair, I have had very good service on all my prior orders)

I ordered wine for my wife for mother's day, it is currently JUNE 8 and after constantly badgering the customer service representative, my wine finally shipped.. FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. If you're transitioning to a new system and are not able to fulfill orders post that on your website and DO T TAKE ORDERS until you're up and running g again. Horrible company and I will never use them again.

Ordered 4 months of wine for a gift. Received order number and then nothing. Person did not receive first month order after 3 weeks. Followed up with email to customer support and received no response. Called their 800 number and received message that the lines were being upgraded so text us or go on webpage and send request. Did that, still no response. About ready to cancel the 250.00 order.

I understand you are going out of business but to receive 2 duplicates of wine seems a little unacceptable. The staff tried to make it better by sending me some items I would classify as junk. It was a nice effort to please, but didn't quite make the issue better.
