Everything went well and as explained by the WinKBed Representative, No complaints

Delivery was suspect they left at the end of the driveway. Luckily, I was able to get a friend and drag it up to my garage.

The installation guy came alone. He was not notified that it was a king size bed. He man handled it and was able to get it in place, but your company should be notifying them that they need two people. Especially since it had to go up and down a set of stairs, making a turn, which was very difficult.

Luckily, the guy was great understanding and made it work. I felt bad for him, but he did a good job and I appreciate it.

The mattress feels beyond comfortable, and the setup was straightforward. Customer service was responsive when I needed them, and the order went smoothly.

Fed ex dropped the package in front of the porch, where it could have been pirated, rained on and had to be hauled up the porch step. WinkBed experience was great, but delivery could have been better

No complaints. Box was a little banged up on the bottom, likely due to the weight of the mattress. However, I was impressed it was in a smaller box and no damage to the mattress itself.

Winkbeds has been very responsive to questions and prompt delivery.

Love the quality and service but....

The only reason I don't give you a 5-star rating is that your removal partner was unable to remove the returned mattress on two separate occasions. I am based in Seattle, WA.

Shipping was fast and so far I'm pleased with the bed. Not giving it 5 stars because there is a cosmetic flaw. The wrap around fabric does not line up at the end by the label/tag and a loose thread is a concern for me that it might pull out.

I've taken a photo of the stitching flaw. Photo available on request if the manufacturer would like to address it.

Excellent mattress and purchase experience

The order was easy to track and receive. And was delivered as promised. We love the mattress after our first night sleeping on it.

The bed seems great. When I purchased the bed on 12/31, I was given a delivery date of 1/8. I checked my status on the website the week of 1/5-1/9 and called in a few times since nothing was updating on the website or through FedEx. The staff on the phone were very helpful, but it wasn’t until the day before I received the bed that I finally got an update. The bed was delivered on 1/14.

Awesome customer service and quality of mattress

Bed shipped in time. Easy to set up. So far so good

Considering the bed was made after I ordered it (I was told) and at the holidays, it came very fast!
Now to see how it sleeps- my first night tonight
after letting it off-gas.I hope it’s firm enough.
Now I need to have my old mattress taken away.

I had no issues. Ordering and receiving was an easy process. Great product so far.
