Winnings customer service is unparalleled as is their range and commitment to the best possible product and price, delivered in the quickest timeframe. In more than 25 years they’ve never let me down. Whether it’s a single item or a full suite because we’re renovating. The care and effort is the same. Keryn (Newcastle Store) is a pleasure to deal with and her before, during and after sales service is outstanding.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products I bought and made sure delivery was as soon as possible, especially the washing machine.

The store in Manuka is beautifully appointed. The staff member who helped us was very warm and friendly. Great product knowledge and patience and you could have a laugh with him.
Winnings have been by go to online for a number of years now. This was my second visit to the Manuka store as my wife had not been to it before.

The worst service I have ever received. Will never deal with Winnings Crowsnest again. Owen the Assistant Manager will unhelpful. Happy to sell you product but when it came to install of a fridge wanted to charge $430. There was no mention of this cost at the time when said free install.. They will not even help with details on the fridge install , saying that is an extra cost. No aftersales support and did not care. Spent 20k with them. Next time will go to Havey Norman,

I get a failed delivery message when I am sitting at home waiting. Order is on the wrong truck and I have to rebook. Called the number and is told I called wrong department. Left two messages, I call back. Found Winning Services number on google, am told Joel is investigating and will get back to me, don’t know when it will be delivered. Compare to you ambitious webpage language, not even one point has been achieved. I am still waiting……lIan

I had a really disappointing experience with Winning Appliances. The customer service was unacceptable — the woman I spoke to on the phone, Christine, had a very unprofessional and VERY RUDE attitude. Instead of helping, she made the situation more frustrating with her dismissive tone and lack of care. For a company that prides itself on service, this was extremely disappointing. I expected far better from Winning Appliances.

A great range of products to choose from. Very knowledgeable salespeople. Delivered when promised. A great experience. Managed to choose everything for our kitchen Reno, even the kitchen sink!!

Edward at Winnings Redfern was fabulolus to deal with. Knew products incredibly well and great follow up service with any queries i had. totally recommend.

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful salesperson. He quickly found us a fridge that was well-priced and easily fitted into the space we had in our new home. Next day delivery, installation and removal of packaging (they would have taken our old fridge if we still had it) was fuss-free and efficient by friendly delivery guys.

Very delighted to deal with 'Winnings', when I ordered a 'Fisher & Paykel'- 'Fridge Part' online.
I received a follow up call, very politely explaining that there may be a slight 'wait time' for them to receive the part, and then I had the option of a relatively quick delivery. VERY Pleased.
Staff were very professional, polite and I was actually surprised that I had 'follow up email' to see if I was fine with the delivery.
Highly Recommend this company, and in future, I would go to 'Winnings' for ANY item I require.

I purchased a washing machine from Winning Appliances this Tuesday, 25 March. Your sales person, Maria, at the Taren Point office was amazing. She listens well, which is a great skill, and then gave some suggestions as to what would suit my needs. I will return to Winning Appliances simply because of my experience with Maria. A great sales person with a great personality.
