The pictures and product description is misleading!
First they state it takes only a few days to make your customized item and then shipping is 5-15 days. A month later, product finally received. Opened package and laughed. It wasn’t anything like it was described in description or photos on the website. Baseball themed door mat to be used outside or inside. One picture appeared to a have a rubber backing for slip resistant. I received a bath mat, with fabric sewn on both sides. I emailed their sales dept and even sent pictures to only get a reply it is slip resistant and can be used outside. I replied again I have tested it and it is not slip resistant and not usable outside unless you would like it to be blown away by the wind. You will not get what you expect!!!

Absolutely terrible product!
Absolutely terrible product - can't see the picture inside or writing. Total scam! to hard to send back as you have to pay to get it back to China. NEVER USE!!!

DO NOT SHOP at Withgifts.com. They sold me a sign for $49.99. It arrived cracked in 5 places. They refuse to reimburse me. I have emailed with them 6 times back and forth and finally they agreed to give me 70% refund but only after I ship the broken item back to China on my own money. The item arrived and it is completely broken and scratched and made of crappy plastic. AVOID this scam company at all costs. They will sell you junk and refuse to return and refund even though my item is completely unusable. TERRIBLE ONLINE SHOP!!! NO NO NO.
I’ve been back and forth with their customer service. They have offered the following: 1. We can redo it for free
2. Return the product for full payment, but we cannot afford the shipping fee
3. If you don't want to return it, we will refund up to 50%
This item ARRIVED CRACKED IN MULTIPLE PLACES. IT IS UNUSEABLE! DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER!! Even though online they write a “FULL COVERAGE Return Policy that withgifts is responsible for return postage fees…if you received any broken item” they do NOT honor this statement. They are LIES LIES LIES and CHEATS. Do NOT shop here if you live in the United States.

Poor quality and service
I spent £56 on two products, the quality was very poor, you can barely see the photographs printed very blurred
Emailed to ask for refund or replacement and was told it’s normal for the photos to print like that and was offered a 10% refund for an unusable product. This was then eventually raised to 30% refund but no more that has still not been refunded

Pet Memorial Stake
I ordered a pet memorial stake for the garden, I liked the design when it popped up on the google search. After I ordered I read some really negative reviews about products being poor quality and arriving from China broken so I was a bit dubious however the product arrived well packaged and protected and its just perfect. I would recommend and would order again.

The item was perfect. The price was a little expensive but that’s okay. Delivery was pretty lengthy though.

Disgusting experience FALSE ADVERTISING

Edit: as per the comment from this company I emailed again, for them to again tell me, despite them telling me to email again, They would still not help and wanted me to repurchase a product that was faulty. So they also try to appear good with lies in their responses.
Original:
I ordered a memorial plaque for our family dog. On its website, it claims it is durable and weather-resistant. It was placed in a pot plant under our patio. It claims "will last years to come". 7 months after ordering it (6 months of having it. It is destroyed the entire image writing everything is gone! My 7-year-old son was devastated. I emailed, because of their "last years to come" claim, saying it is less than a year old and destroyed! They said sorry it is outside the 90-day replacement policy you can order a new one. AS IF I would order something again from a company that has false advertising and terrible customer service.

Not too happy
The personalized product I received had not been checked before sending. The writing in the inside has the first letter of the name on one line and the the rest of the name on the next line. I sent a picture to confirm I was telling the truth. I just wanted a great Father's Day gift for my husband. I was then asked to pay shipping again (another $10) to have a corrected one sent. I decided to just go with a refund instead and was told I could only get a 20% refund. I know it was a mistake but I feel that since it was a mistake made by the seller it should have been corrected at no extra cost to me. I did receive the 20% refund and i will give him the inferior piece. I will not be purchasing anything else from this seller.

Broken merchandise. Many people has the same problem. I contacted their customer service and they DO NOT do anything about it.
Their reply is automated.They have ZERO customer service.
DO NOT BUY from this company. You will waste your time and money.

Poor quality, poor customer service
The address plaque I ordered was very cheaply made , did not look the same as was in the ad photo. The numbers and letters were so small you can't even see from the street. I sent photos that they requested ,they just said you got what you ordered.
I wanted to exchange it for a different product. Again they said you got what you ordered. I wish I would have checked their reviews before ordering. I don't recommend With gifts they don't stand behind there products, and they don't care about customers satisfaction.
Update
After getting the response on Trustpilot, I contacted Withgifts again , again refused to honor their exchange policy. I've asked for a refund but I doubt I'll ever see it.
I stand by my 1 star review.

It was never delivered
It was never delivered and have been told that it was. The pictures that were sent as proof wernt of my house and it was signed by someone I don't know. Have tried to talk to the delivery company and was just told that it was delivered and it wasn't. My mothers day with my mum was ruined.

This company charges for DHL express…
This company charges for DHL express service and than sends it economy service to Ireland. And it takes ages do not buy from these usual chinese companies they are all in it for ripping of customers and than respond to you with poor English

Disappointed badly as never received item
I have placed the order a month ago and till now I didn't receive the order. I couldn't even trace the location of the order. This is so disappointing as I couldn't get the order as per planned date and it is supposed to be a surprise gift for my family. Now I don't have hope also that I'll get my order and requesting to pay back my money.
I would not go for this option again.
